基于專家系統(tǒng)的智能化母豬飼喂系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)和自動(dòng)化技術(shù)在農(nóng)業(yè)方面的應(yīng)用,我國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展逐漸趨向于信息化和自動(dòng)化,這種信息化和自動(dòng)化不僅有助于提高農(nóng)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,降低農(nóng)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本,而且有助于加強(qiáng)我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在國(guó)際農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。針對(duì)如何提高養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)信息化管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)母豬自動(dòng)精確飼喂的問題,本研究依托某養(yǎng)豬龍頭企業(yè),建立了一種基于專家系統(tǒng)的智能化母豬飼喂系統(tǒng),該飼喂系統(tǒng)綜合考慮母豬個(gè)體信息以及豬場(chǎng)環(huán)境信息,充分利用了專家的理論知識(shí)和用戶的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn);能夠適用于自動(dòng)化的養(yǎng)豬企業(yè),為自動(dòng)化養(yǎng)殖提供了范例。基于專家系統(tǒng)的智能化母豬飼喂系統(tǒng)主要分為信息管理子系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)飼喂子系統(tǒng)兩部分,信息管理子系統(tǒng)以C++作為開發(fā)語(yǔ)言,SQL server作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),采用了模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了母豬的信息化管理,該系統(tǒng)主要是由人機(jī)交互界面、專家系統(tǒng)、后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、PC機(jī)組成,其中人機(jī)交互界面完成信息或命令接收和發(fā)送。專家系統(tǒng)主要是通過建立母豬進(jìn)食量的知識(shí)庫(kù)和相應(yīng)的規(guī)則庫(kù),采用正向推理的方法來完成母豬進(jìn)食量計(jì)算;自動(dòng)飼喂子系統(tǒng)以AT89S52單片機(jī)為控制核心,并集成射頻讀寫模塊、環(huán)境信息采集模塊、電機(jī)控制模塊以及通信模塊;實(shí)現(xiàn)飼料下料過程的自動(dòng)控制和豬場(chǎng)環(huán)境信息的自動(dòng)采集。經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)符合相關(guān)的控制指標(biāo),可實(shí)現(xiàn)豬場(chǎng)管理信息化,精確控制母豬的進(jìn)食量,減少飼料的浪費(fèi),基本滿足用戶的需求。
[Abstract]:With the application of information technology and automation technology in agriculture, the development of agriculture in China gradually tends to informationization and automation, which not only helps to improve the production efficiency of agriculture and reduce the production cost of agriculture. And help to strengthen the competitiveness of China's agricultural products in the international agricultural market. In order to solve the problem of how to improve the information management level of pig farms and realize automatic and accurate feeding of sows, an intelligent sow feeding system based on expert system was established based on a leading pig raising enterprise. The feeding system takes into account the individual information of sows and the environmental information of pig farms, and makes full use of the theoretical knowledge of experts and the practical experience of users. It can be applied to automatic pig raising enterprises, which provides an example for automatic breeding. The intelligent sow feeding system based on expert system is mainly divided into two parts: information management subsystem and automatic feeding subsystem. The information management subsystem uses C as the development language, SQL server as the background database. The modular design method is adopted to realize the information management of sows. The system is mainly composed of human-computer interaction interface, expert system, background database and PC, in which the human-computer interaction interface completes the receiving and sending of information or commands. The expert system mainly establishes the knowledge base of sows' feed intake and the corresponding rule base, and uses the method of forward reasoning to complete the calculation of sows' feed intake. The automatic feeding subsystem takes AT89S52 single chip microcomputer as the control core, and integrates radio frequency reading and writing module, environmental information acquisition module, motor control module and communication module, and realizes the automatic control of feed feeding process and the automatic collection of pig farm environmental information. After field test, the test results show that the system accords with the relevant control indexes, can realize the information of pig farm management, accurately control the feed intake of sows, reduce the waste of feed, and basically meet the needs of users.
