【摘要】：為了屏蔽藥物的不良味道,本試驗(yàn)以聚丙烯酸樹脂IV為囊材,采用液中干燥法制備了氧氟沙星掩味微囊。試驗(yàn)以包封率及載藥量為指標(biāo),通過考察溶劑、囊材、乳化劑、抗黏劑的用量對(duì)微囊的影響來篩選處方工藝。應(yīng)用最佳工藝制備的氧氟沙星掩味微囊,載藥量為57.4%,包封率為48.6%。該微囊在模擬口腔環(huán)境(pH值為7.0)介質(zhì)中釋放極其緩慢,60min僅釋放總藥量的2.1%;隨著釋放介質(zhì)的酸度提高,藥物的釋放速率顯著加快;除此之外,在胃酸酸度(pH值為1.0~3.0)范圍內(nèi),氧氟沙星的釋放還呈現(xiàn)緩釋特征,可持續(xù)近10h。體外試驗(yàn)顯示,采用液中干燥法制備得的氧氟沙星微囊,既可掩味又能實(shí)現(xiàn)持續(xù)釋藥,而且制備工藝簡便,具有很好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to shield the bad taste of drugs, ofloxacin mask microcapsules were prepared by liquid drying with polyacrylic resin IV as capsule material. Taking the entrapment efficiency and drug loading as the index, the prescription process was screened by investigating the effects of solvent, capsule, emulsifier and antisticker on the microcapsules. The ofloxacin mask microcapsules were prepared by the best process. The drug loading was 57.4% and the entrapment efficiency was 48.6%. The release of the microcapsule in simulated oral environment (pH 7. 0) was very slow, and the release rate of 60min was only 2.1% of the total drug content, and the drug release rate increased significantly with the increase of acidity of the release medium.
