【摘要】：為了探討不同精粗比下谷草與苜蓿配比對(duì)綿羊日糧組合效應(yīng)的影響,本試驗(yàn)以谷草與苜蓿為粗飼料,采用體外產(chǎn)氣法測(cè)定精粗比為40∶60時(shí),谷草∶苜蓿為60∶0、50∶10、40∶20、30∶30、20∶40、10∶50及0∶60,精粗比為30∶70時(shí),谷草∶苜蓿為70∶0、60∶10、50∶20、40∶30、30∶40、20∶50、10∶60及0∶70的15組日糧及谷草、苜蓿和精料補(bǔ)充料分別培養(yǎng)2、4、6、9、12、24、36、48、72、96h的產(chǎn)氣量(GP),并通過24h產(chǎn)氣量(GP24h)及其加權(quán)估算值計(jì)算出各日糧的組合效應(yīng)值(AE)。結(jié)果表明:(1)精粗比為40∶60時(shí),比較各組GP24h,50∶10組極顯著大于10∶50組(P0.01);40∶20、60∶10組顯著大于10∶50組(P0.05);各組AE值均為正值,但組間無顯著差異(P0.05);50∶10的GP24h、b、a+b均為最大,其AE最優(yōu)。(2)精粗比為30∶70時(shí),比較各組GP24h,50∶20、60∶10、70∶0組顯著大于0∶70組(P0.05),40∶30、20∶50組有大于0∶70組的趨勢(shì)(P=0.063,P=0.064);各組AE值無顯著差異(P0.05);40∶30組的GP24h、b、a+b均較大,其AE最優(yōu),其次是20∶50、10∶60組。綜合以上結(jié)果,谷草與苜蓿配比為50∶10(精粗比為40∶60)和40∶30、20∶50、10∶60(精粗比為30∶70)時(shí),可以獲得較高的AE。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of different ratio of grain grass to Medicago sativa on dietary combination of sheep, the ratio of grain grass to Medicago sativa was determined to be 40: 60 by in vitro gas production method. Grain grass: 60: 0, 50 / 10, 40 / 20, 30 / 30, 20 / 40, 10 / 50 and 0: 60, grain grass: 70 / 0, 60 / 10, 50 / 20, 40 / 30, 30 / 40, 20 / 50, 10 / 60 and 0:70, 30 / 40, 20 / 50, 10 / 60 and 0:70, 2, 4, 6, 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, 96 h gas production (GP), were cultured in 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 24, 36, 48, 72, respectively, and the combined effect value (AE).
