不同工藝參數(shù)組合對肉雞顆粒飼料加工質(zhì)量、生長性能和養(yǎng)分表觀消化率的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究篩片孔徑、調(diào)質(zhì)溫度、?字睆降牟煌に噮(shù)組合對肉雞顆粒飼料加工質(zhì)量、生長性能和養(yǎng)分表觀消化率的影響。以玉米-豆粕型全價配合飼料為肉雞試驗飼糧,在相同配方及?组L徑比一致的條件下,設(shè)計3因素2水平(篩片孔徑:2.0和2.5 mm;調(diào)質(zhì)溫度:70和80℃;模孔直徑:3和4 mm)的肉雞顆粒飼料加工試驗,選用864只1日齡愛拔益加(AA)肉仔雞,隨機分為8個處理,每個處理6個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)18只雞。飼養(yǎng)試驗共42 d,分1~21日齡和22~42日齡2個階段。結(jié)果表明:1)篩片孔徑和?字睆降慕换プ饔靡约罢{(diào)質(zhì)溫度和?字睆降慕换プ饔脤︻w粒硬度有極顯著影響(P0.01),調(diào)質(zhì)溫度和?字睆降慕换プ饔谩⒑Y片孔徑和調(diào)質(zhì)溫度的交互作用以及篩片孔徑、調(diào)質(zhì)溫度和?字睆降慕换プ饔脤︻w粒耐久性有極顯著影響(P0.01),篩片孔徑和?字睆降慕换プ饔脤︻w粒耐久性有顯著影響(P0.05)。2)調(diào)質(zhì)溫度對1~21日齡肉雞末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量有極顯著影響(P0.01),對22~42日齡肉雞末重有極顯著影響(P0.01)。3)肉雞1~21日齡,篩片孔徑、調(diào)質(zhì)溫度以及2因素的交互作用對肉雞養(yǎng)分表觀消化率的影響不顯著(P0.05);肉雞22~42日齡,篩片孔徑、調(diào)質(zhì)溫度和?字睆降慕换プ饔脤θ怆u干物質(zhì)、能量和粗蛋白質(zhì)表觀消化率有極顯著影響(P0.01)。綜合得出:相同篩片孔徑和?字睆较,顆粒硬度和耐久性隨調(diào)質(zhì)溫度升高有增大趨勢;相同篩片孔徑和調(diào)質(zhì)溫度下,顆粒硬度和耐久性隨?字睆降脑龃笥薪档挖厔;肉雞1~21日齡,篩片孔徑選擇2.0和2.5 mm均可,調(diào)質(zhì)溫度為70℃時肉雞的生長性能極顯著高于80℃時,且料重比顯著低于80℃時;肉雞22~42日齡,當篩片孔徑為2.0或2.5 mm、調(diào)質(zhì)溫度為70℃、?字睆綖4.0 mm時肉雞生長性能較高、料重比較低;肉雞1~42日齡,當篩片孔徑為2.0或2.5 mm、調(diào)質(zhì)溫度為70℃、?字睆綖4.0 mm時肉雞的生長性能較高、料重比較低;當篩片孔徑為2.5 mm、調(diào)質(zhì)溫度為80℃時,1~21日齡肉雞干物質(zhì)、能量和粗蛋白質(zhì)表觀消化率較高;當篩片孔徑為2.5 mm、調(diào)質(zhì)溫度為70℃、模孔直徑為4.0 mm時,22~42日齡肉雞干物質(zhì)、能量和粗蛋白質(zhì)表觀消化率最高。
