【摘要】：本研究對2013年12月至2017年2月期間,某寵物醫(yī)院犬尿石癥情況進行了臨床調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計,通過X線、B超及實驗室診斷確診尿結(jié)石病例52例,并對結(jié)石成分進行化學檢測。結(jié)果表明,犬尿石癥多發(fā)品種為泰迪、巴哥、吉娃娃;發(fā)病年齡多在7～8歲,占33%;雌犬(54%)多于雄犬(46%);多發(fā)部位為膀胱,占71%;結(jié)石成分:磷酸鹽44%、草酸鹽35%、尿酸鹽17%。通過對尿石癥患犬治療情況的追蹤及研究,比較術(shù)后不同治療方案患犬的復發(fā)率,結(jié)果表明,尿石癥患犬術(shù)后聯(lián)合中藥能有效降低復發(fā)率。對保守治療病例的追蹤及調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),當體型較大的公犬患腎結(jié)石或膀胱結(jié)石而無法手術(shù)時,母犬患膀胱結(jié)石而無法手術(shù)時,可使用中藥進行保守性溶石治療,臨床效果顯著。
[Abstract]:From December 2013 to February 2017, the clinical investigation and statistics of canine urolithiasis in a pet hospital were carried out. 52 cases of urinary calculi were diagnosed by X-ray, B-ultrasound and laboratory diagnosis, and the composition of the stones was detected by chemical method. The results showed that the most common types of urolithiasis in dogs were Teddy, Pagor and Chihuahua, and the age of onset was 33% (7 / 8), that of female (54%) was more than that of male (46%), and the most common site was bladder (71%). Stone composition: phosphate 44%, oxalate 35%, uric acid 17%. The recurrence rate of dogs with urolithiasis was compared by follow-up and study on the treatment of dogs with urolithiasis. The results showed that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and urolithiasis could effectively reduce the recurrence rate of dogs after operation. After follow-up and investigation of conservative treatment cases, it was found that when the larger male dog had kidney stone or bladder stone and could not be operated on, while the female dog had bladder stone and could not be operated on, Chinese medicine could be used for conservative litholysis treatment, and the clinical effect was remarkable.
