【摘要】：本試驗旨在研究飼糧中添加番茄紅素對綿羊生長發(fā)育、屠宰性能和血清抗氧化指標(biāo)的影響。選取體重為(22.0±0.5)kg的3月齡湖羊公羔30只,隨機(jī)分為3組,每組10只,單欄飼養(yǎng)。對照組每天飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗組每天分別在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加200和400 mg番茄紅素。試驗期共110 d,其中預(yù)試期10 d,正試期100 d。結(jié)果顯示:與對照組相比,1)飼糧添加200和400mg/d番茄紅素有提高綿羊平均日增重的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10),并可顯著降低料重比(P0.05);2)飼糧添加200和400 mg/d番茄紅素可顯著提高綿羊胸寬(P0.05),添加200 mg/d番茄紅素有提高體長、體高和胸圍的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10);3)飼糧添加200和400 mg/d番茄紅素有提高宰前活重、背肌重、腎臟重和GR值的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10),添加400 mg/d番茄紅素可顯著提高皮重(P0.05),其他屠宰性能指標(biāo)各組間無顯著差異(P0.05);4)飼糧添加200和400 mg/d番茄紅素有提高血清超氧化物歧化酶活性的趨勢(0.05≤P0.10),添加200mg/d番茄紅素可顯著提高血清過氧化氫酶和谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶活性(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明,飼糧添加番茄紅素對綿羊生長發(fā)育、屠宰性能和血清抗氧化能力有一定的提高作用,本試驗條件下以200 mg/d添加量的效果較優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of lycopene on growth and development, slaughter performance and serum antioxidant index of sheep. Thirty three-month-old Hu male lambs weighing (22. 0 鹵0. 5) kg were randomly divided into three groups, 10 in each group. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the experimental group was fed with 200 and 400 mg lycopene per day, respectively.
