【摘要】：試驗(yàn)旨在研究陰離子鹽對(duì)圍產(chǎn)期奶牛產(chǎn)后健康和生產(chǎn)性能的影響。試驗(yàn)選取24頭圍產(chǎn)前期經(jīng)產(chǎn)奶牛分為對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組,對(duì)照組飼喂牧場(chǎng)原飼料、試驗(yàn)組于產(chǎn)前21d飼喂含陰離子鹽顆粒料,產(chǎn)犢后統(tǒng)一飼喂牧場(chǎng)原有日糧。結(jié)果顯示,試驗(yàn)組奶牛尿液pH值維持在5.7~6.9;與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組血液pH值顯著降低(P0.05),血鈣含量、血糖水平、堿性磷酸酶活性在產(chǎn)后1d顯著升高(P0.05);試驗(yàn)組低血鈣、產(chǎn)乳熱、胎衣不下、真胃移位和乳房炎等疾病的發(fā)生率降低,其中胎衣不下發(fā)病率顯著降低(P0.05);但兩組間產(chǎn)奶量無顯著差異(P0.05)。綜上所述,飼喂陰離子鹽顆粒料可提高奶牛的健康狀況,維持血鈣平衡。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the effects of anionic salts on postpartum health and performance of perinatal cows. Twenty-four pre-perinatal cows were divided into two groups: control group and control group. The control group was fed with raw forage, and the test group was fed with anionic salt grains at 21 days before delivery. After calving, the cows were fed the same diet. The results showed that the urine pH value of dairy cows in the experimental group was maintained at 5.7 ~ 6.9; Compared with the control group, the blood pH value of the experimental group was significantly lower (P0.05), the blood calcium content, blood glucose level, and alkaline phosphatase activity were significantly higher than those of the control group on the 1st day after delivery (P0.05). The incidence of hypocalcemia, milk fever, fetal clothing, true stomach displacement and mastitis decreased significantly in the trial group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in milk production between the two groups (P0.05). In conclusion, feeding anionic salt grains can improve the health of dairy cows and maintain the blood calcium balance.
