【摘要】：【目的】觀測(cè)分析優(yōu)質(zhì)三黃雞粵黃882早期發(fā)育過程中體重與體尺的相關(guān)性,為后期動(dòng)態(tài)研究三黃雞的生長發(fā)育及制定生長計(jì)劃提供科學(xué)依據(jù)�！痉椒ā窟\(yùn)用Logistic模型和Gompertz模型分別對(duì)0~9周齡三黃雞粵黃882的體重進(jìn)行生長曲線擬合,并以SPSS 10.0對(duì)其2、4、6和8周齡的體重與5個(gè)主要體尺指標(biāo)(脛長、體斜長、胸骨長、胸深和胸寬)進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析和體型指數(shù)計(jì)算�！窘Y(jié)果】三黃雞粵黃882的體重和體尺指標(biāo)均隨日齡的增長而逐漸增加,脛長、體斜長和胸骨長呈全期生長趨勢(shì),胸寬和胸深呈階段性生長趨勢(shì),以4~6周齡的增長幅度較高;體重與5個(gè)主要體尺指標(biāo)(脛長、體斜長、胸骨長、胸深和胸寬)間均呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01)。Logistic模型和Gompertz模型均可很好地?cái)M合出三黃雞粵黃882的生長曲線,擬合度(R2)在0.9980以上,綜合極限體重、拐點(diǎn)周齡和體重等參數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)Gompertz模型的擬合效果略優(yōu)于Logistic模型。由Gompertz曲線方程擬合得出公雞的生長曲線拐點(diǎn)為(8.15,1273.78),母雞的生長曲線拐點(diǎn)為(4.08,419.25)�！窘Y(jié)論】三黃雞粵黃882的生長拐點(diǎn)為公雞8.15周、母雞4.08周,公雞較母雞發(fā)育遲緩。由于公雞和母雞的生長速度不一致,其早期生長發(fā)育所需營養(yǎng)量也不同,因此三黃雞粵黃882宜在4周齡前分群飼養(yǎng),有助于發(fā)揮母雞高水平的產(chǎn)蛋性能。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe and analyze the correlation between body weight and body size during early development of high quality Sanhuang chicken Yuehuang 882. [methods] Logistic model and Gompertz model were used to fit the growth curve of Yuehuang 882 at the age of 0 ~ 9 weeks, and SPSS 10.0were used to study the growth curve of Sanhuang chicken. At the age of 6 and 8 weeks, the body weight and 5 main body size indexes (shank length, oblique length, sternum length, etc.) [results] the body weight and body size index of Yuehuang 882 of Sanhuang chicken increased gradually with the increase of day age, and the shank length, body oblique length and sternum length showed the whole growth trend, and the body weight and body size index of Guangdong Yellow 882 increased gradually with the increase of day age, and the body length and sternal length of Sanhuang chicken showed a whole growth trend. The chest width and chest depth showed a phased growth trend, and the growth range of 4 ~ 6 weeks old was higher than that of 4 ~ 6 weeks old. There was a very significant positive correlation between body weight and five main body size indexes (tibia length, oblique length, sternum length, chest depth and chest width) (P0.01). Logistic model and Gompertz model could well fit the growth curve of Yuehuang 882 of Sanhuang chicken. The fitting effect of Gompertz model was slightly better than that of Logistic model when the fitting degree (R2) was more than 0.9980 and the parameters such as ultimate body weight inflection point cycle age and body weight were considered to be better than those of Logistic model. The inflection point of growth curve of rooster was (8.15, 1273.78) and the inflection point of growth curve of hen was (4.08419.25). [conclusion] the growth turning point of Sanhuang chicken Yue Huang 882 was 8.15 weeks and 4.08 weeks, respectively. Roosters are slower than hens. Because the growth rate of rooster and hen is different, and the nutrition quantity of their early growth and development is different, Yuehuang 882 of Sanhuang chicken should be raised separately before the age of 4 weeks, which is helpful to give full play to the high level of laying performance of hens.
