枯草芽孢桿菌對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能和血清生化指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:為研究日糧中添加不同劑量枯草芽孢桿菌對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能和血清生化指標(biāo)的影響,選健康、體重接近(7.58kg±0.23kg)的"杜×長(zhǎng)×大"三元雜交仔豬96頭,隨機(jī)分為4個(gè)處理組,每個(gè)處理組3個(gè)重復(fù),每重復(fù)8頭豬,其中處理1組為對(duì)照組,不添加枯草芽孢桿菌;其他3個(gè)處理組分別為試驗(yàn)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ組,分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0.1%、0.2%、0.4%的枯草芽孢桿菌制劑。試驗(yàn)期為40d。結(jié)果顯示,試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組的末重、平均日增重和平均日采食量均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),但料重比差異不顯著(P0.05);日糧中添加枯草芽孢桿菌對(duì)斷奶仔豬血清總蛋白、白蛋白、堿性磷酸酶、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶的影響均差異不顯著(P0.05),而試驗(yàn)Ⅰ、Ⅱ組試驗(yàn)豬血清尿素氮含量顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);日糧中添加枯草芽孢桿菌對(duì)斷奶仔豬血清IgA、IgM和IgG含量的影響均差異不顯著(P0.05);日糧中添加0.2%枯草芽孢桿菌顯著提高斷奶仔豬血清超氧化物歧化酶活性(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明,在海南氣候條件下,以試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組效果最好,建議生產(chǎn)中斷奶仔豬日糧中枯草芽孢桿菌添加量為0.2%。
