微貯玉米秸稈對(duì)道寒雜交斷奶羔羊瘤胃發(fā)酵及微生物區(qū)系的影響
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of microstorage corn straw on rumen fermentation and microbial flora of crossbred weanling lambs, and to provide a theoretical basis for the study of micro-storage corn straw to promote nutrient digestion and absorption. 80 weaned crossbred lambs with average body weight of (24.62 鹵3.59) kg were randomly divided into 5 groups (16 lambs in each group), fed with corn straw in microstorage instead of 0 (control), 25%, respectively, in a single-factor complete randomized trial, and 16 lambs in each group were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 16). Full mixed diets of 50%, 75%, 100% silage corn stalks, (TMR). The pre-trial period is 15 days and the trial period is 60 d. The results showed that after 4 hours of feeding, the rumen juice pH decreased slightly (P0.05), 50%, 75% and 100% increased by 1.39% (P0.05) in addition to 25%, 75% and 100% of rumen juice, respectively, compared with the control group (P0.05). 4.16% (P0.05), 7.45% (P0.01); The content of total volatile fatty acids in rumen juice increased at first and then decreased with the increase of the amount of corn straw in microstorage, 25%, 50% and 75% respectively increased by 0.93% compared with the control group (P0.05), and the content of total volatile fatty acids in rumen juice increased by 0.93% (P0.05). 4.18% (P0.05), 5.19% (P0.05), 100% additive group was similar to the control group (P0.05); The ratio of acetic acid / propionic acid in rumen fluid of each addition group was lower than that of control group, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%, respectively, decreased by 12.44% (P0.05), 4.93% (P0.05), 12.21% (P0.05), respectively, compared with the control group. 9.86% (P0.05). The results of denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) showed that the replacement of corn straw with microstorage promoted the proliferation of fiber-degrading bacteria in rumen juice and inhibited the proliferation of protein-degrading bacteria. In conclusion, replacing 75% silage corn straw with micro-storage corn straw to prepare TMR is more beneficial to improve rumen fermentation level of crossbred weanling lambs.
