【摘要】：畜牧業(yè)的健康、快速發(fā)展是滿足人們對畜產(chǎn)品數(shù)量和質(zhì)量需求的重要保障,也是現(xiàn)代草牧業(yè)發(fā)展的一個重要課題.草產(chǎn)品加工是連接種植業(yè)和養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的重要中間環(huán)節(jié).通過草產(chǎn)品加工可以提高飼草的質(zhì)量和利用率,調(diào)節(jié)飼草生產(chǎn)的季節(jié)差異、年度豐欠差異,從而達到均衡供應(yīng)優(yōu)質(zhì)飼草飼料,在現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮重要作用.因此,作為支撐畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展的草產(chǎn)品加工業(yè),被賦予了新的歷史使命.現(xiàn)代草產(chǎn)品加工是以有效保存和提高飼草營養(yǎng)價值,減少飼草加工貯藏過程中營養(yǎng)損失為理論依據(jù),運用現(xiàn)代生物學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)、工業(yè)科學(xué)和動物營養(yǎng)學(xué)技術(shù)手段,開發(fā)草產(chǎn)品加工技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)工藝,生產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)草產(chǎn)品.本文從草產(chǎn)品加工的概念、意義和現(xiàn)狀、主要原理和技術(shù)等方面,較為系統(tǒng)地綜合評述了國內(nèi)外草產(chǎn)品加工原理和技術(shù)、研究進展和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前草產(chǎn)品加工過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了現(xiàn)代草產(chǎn)品加工的發(fā)展方向和建議,具有一定的生產(chǎn)指導(dǎo)意義.
[Abstract]:The healthy and rapid development of animal husbandry is an important guarantee to meet people's demand for the quantity and quality of animal products. It is also an important subject of the development of modern grass. The processing of grass products is an important intermediate link in the connection of planting and breeding. Through the grass product processing, the quality and the utilization rate of the forage grass can be improved, the season difference of the forage grass production is adjusted, and the annual abundance difference is adjusted, so as to achieve the balanced supply of the high-quality forage grass feed, and play an important role in the development process of the modern animal husbandry. Therefore, as the grass product processing industry that supports the development of animal husbandry, it is given a new historical mission. The processing of the modern grass product is to effectively preserve and improve the nutritive value of the forage grass, reduce the nutrient loss in the process of processing and storage of the forage grass, and use modern biology, agricultural science, industrial science and animal nutrition technical means to develop the grass product processing technology and the production process, And the production of high-quality grass products. This paper, from the concept, meaning, current situation, main principle and technology of the processing of grass products, systematically and comprehensively reviews the processing principle and technology of the grass products at home and abroad, the research progress and the development status, and the problems in the processing of the current grass products, This paper puts forward the development direction and suggestion of the modern grass product processing, and has certain guiding significance.
