發(fā)酵菜籽粕對(duì)肉雞生長(zhǎng)性能、營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化吸收及肉品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)以發(fā)酵菜籽粕等氮替代不同比例豆粕,研究其對(duì)肉雞生長(zhǎng)性能、營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化吸收及肉品質(zhì)的影響。選取200只7日齡健康愛(ài)拔益加(AA)肉仔雞,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組設(shè)置5個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)10只雞(公母各占1/2)。A組為對(duì)照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧;B、C、D組為試驗(yàn)組,分別用發(fā)酵菜籽粕等氮替代基礎(chǔ)飼糧中15%、35%和50%的豆粕進(jìn)行飼喂。試驗(yàn)從7日齡開(kāi)始,至42日齡結(jié)束。結(jié)果顯示:1)7~42日齡階段,C、D組平均日增重均極顯著低于A組(P0.01),料重比均極顯著高于A組(P0.01),同時(shí)C組的平均日采食量極顯著高于A組(P0.01);B組的平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比與A組差異不顯著(P0.05)。2)42日齡時(shí),B、C、D組腸道食糜pH較A組分別下降1.57%(P0.01)、1.41%(P0.01)、0.16%(P0.05);B、C、D組腸道食糜黏度較A組分別下降4.17%(P0.05)、4.17%(P0.05)、1.67%(P0.05)。42日齡時(shí),與A組相比,B組蛋白質(zhì)表觀消化率、能量表觀消化率、脂肪表觀消化率顯著或極顯著上升(P0.05或P0.01),而C、D組蛋白質(zhì)表觀消化率、脂肪表觀消化率則顯著或極顯著下降(P0.05或P0.01)。3)與A組比,各試驗(yàn)組胸肌的pH_(45 min)、pH_(24 h)出現(xiàn)不同程度的下降,但B組pH_(24 h)與A組差異不顯著(P0.05);與A組相比,B組胸肌的亮度(L~*)值極顯著提高(P0.01),紅度(a~*)、黃度(b~*)值則極顯著降低(P0.01);各試驗(yàn)組胸肌的滴水損失極顯著低于A組(P0.01);B、C組胸肌的剪切力極顯著低于A組(P0.01);B、C、D組胸肌的肌苷酸含量較A組分別提高2.55%(P0.01)、0.66%(P0.05)、0.21%(P0.05)。綜上,發(fā)酵菜籽粕等氮替代肉雞飼糧中15%的豆粕對(duì)生長(zhǎng)性能無(wú)負(fù)面影響,同時(shí)還可促進(jìn)肉雞對(duì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消化吸收并改善肉品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The effects of fermented rapeseed meal and other nitrogen on growth performance, nutrient digestion and absorption and meat quality of broilers were studied. Two hundred 7-day-old healthy Alba Yi plus (AA) broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicas in each group and 10 chickens in each repetitive group (male and female 1 / 2). A group as control group) who were fed basic diet. Group B, C, D were fed with fermented rapeseed meal instead of 15%, 35% and 50% soybean meal respectively. The experiment began at the age of 7 days and ended at the age of 42 days. The results showed that: 1) at the age of 7 ~ 42 days, the average daily gain of group C and D was significantly lower than that of group A (P0.01), and the ratio of feed to weight was significantly higher than that of group A (P0.01). At the same time, the average daily feed intake of group C was significantly higher than that of group A (P0.01). The average daily gain, average daily feed intake and feed weight ratio in group B were not significantly different from those in group A (P0.05). At 42 days old, the pH of intestinal chyme in group B, C and D decreased by 1.57% compared with group A (P0.01). 1.41% (P0.01), 0.16% (P0.05); Group B, C, D decreased intestinal chyme viscosity by 4.17% (P0.05), 4.17% (P0.05) and 1.67% (P0.05), respectively. At the age of 42 days, the apparent digestibility of protein in group B was higher than that in group A, the apparent digestibility of protein in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P < 0.05). Energy apparent digestibility and fat apparent digestibility increased significantly or extremely significantly (P0.05 or P0.01), while in C, D group, apparent digestibility of protein increased significantly (P0.05 or P0.01). The apparent digestibility of fat decreased significantly or extremely significantly (P0.05 or P0.01). 3) compared with group A, the pH_ (45 min), pH_ (24 h) of breast muscle in each experimental group decreased to some extent. However, there was no significant difference in pH_ (24 h) between group B and group A (P0.05). Compared with group A, the brightness of chest muscle in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P0.01), while the values of redness and yellowness were significantly lower in group B than those in group A (P0.01). The water loss of breast muscle in each group was significantly lower than that in group A (P0.01), and the shear force in group B and C was significantly lower than that in group A (P0.01). The inosinic acid content in group B, C, D was 2.55% (P0.01), 0.66% (P0.05) and 0.21% (P0.05) higher than that in group A, respectively. In conclusion, the replacement of 15% soybean meal with fermented rapeseed meal has no negative effect on the growth performance of broilers, and it can also promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients and improve meat quality in broilers.
