【摘要】：該試驗(yàn)旨在研究鐮刀菌毒素對(duì)全價(jià)飼糧發(fā)酵pH、粗蛋白、鈣和磷的影響。試驗(yàn)分為3個(gè)組,對(duì)照組為基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗(yàn)1組和試驗(yàn)2組分別用25%和50%含有鐮刀菌素玉米和玉米蛋白粉代替基礎(chǔ)飼糧中的玉米和玉米蛋白粉。采用復(fù)合菌種(乳酸菌、酵母菌和枯草芽孢桿菌分別為6.33×10~6 cfu/g、1.05×10~6 cfu/g和8.94×10~6 cfu/g)對(duì)全價(jià)飼料糧進(jìn)行固態(tài)發(fā)酵,發(fā)酵開(kāi)始前所有處理飼糧水分調(diào)節(jié)至50%。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:1)飼糧pH隨著發(fā)酵時(shí)間呈線性下降(P0.05),而粗蛋白(CP)、Ca和P則隨著發(fā)酵時(shí)間呈線性升高(P0.05),但是不同處理的線性斜率差異不顯著(P0.05)。2)飼糧(0 d)的pH隨著鐮刀菌毒素水平的提高而顯著降低(P0.05),而鐮刀菌素飼糧Ca含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。發(fā)酵末期(18 d)的pH和Ca對(duì)照組顯著低于25%和50%毒素組;而對(duì)照組的CP含量顯著高于50%鐮刀菌素組(P0.05)。該試驗(yàn)條件下鐮刀菌毒素能顯著的影響全價(jià)飼糧發(fā)酵參數(shù)pH、粗蛋白、鈣和磷的水平。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of fusarium toxin on the pH, crude protein, calcium and phosphorus of complete diet. The experiment was divided into 3 groups, the control group was the basic diet, and the experiment group and the test group 2 used 25% and 50% respectively to contain the fusarium and the corn protein powder in place of the corn and the corn protein powder in the basic diet. The whole feed was fermented by the compound strain (6.33,10-6 cfu/ g, 1.05-10-6 cfu/ g and 8.94-10-6 cfu/ g, respectively). The results showed that (1) The pH of the diet decreased linearly with the time of fermentation (P0.05), while the crude protein (CP), Ca and P increased linearly with the time of fermentation (P0.05). However, the difference of the linear slope of the different treatments was not significant (P0.05).2) The pH of the diet (0 d) decreased significantly with the increase of the level of the fusarium toxin (P0.05), while the Ca content of the fusin diet was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The pH of the end of the fermentation (18d) and the Ca control group were significantly lower than that of the control group (25% and 50%), while the CP content in the control group was significantly higher than that of the 50% Fusarium group (P0.05). The results showed that the fusarium toxin could significantly affect the pH, crude protein, calcium and phosphorus levels of the complete diet.
