不同組成合生元對蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能的影響

【摘要】:隨著人們對飼料安全問題的深入了解,對飼料添加劑的選擇已經(jīng)成為了一個熱門話題。乳酸菌能夠調(diào)節(jié)動物腸道的菌群平衡,從而提高動物的食物消化率,并且能夠很好地降低動物產(chǎn)品的膽固醇;另外,紅曲霉中藥合生元添加劑也是一種綠色安全的飼料添加劑。本試驗采用216只400日齡、體重均勻、產(chǎn)蛋率相近、體況健康的海藍褐蛋雞,隨機分成3組,每組設置3個重復,每個重復24只雞,分別標記為對照組(采食基礎日糧)、試驗1組(基礎日糧添加乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加劑)和試驗2組(基礎日糧中添加紅曲霉中藥合生元制劑)。試驗共分為兩個階段,即預試期7天、試驗期49天。試驗期間保證充足的光照、干凈的飲水和清潔的雞舍。正式試驗開始后每天撿蛋1次,并且記錄每個重復組試驗雞的產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)、產(chǎn)蛋重及蛋雞死亡數(shù),試驗結束前3天采用全收糞法進行雞的養(yǎng)分消化率的測定,記錄每天的給料量、剩料量。48小時后用紙盒收集試驗雞的糞便,用于測定養(yǎng)分含量,并計算蛋雞消化吸收日糧中干物質(zhì)、粗蛋白、有機物及鈣、磷的表觀消化率。試驗結果如下:1、在生產(chǎn)性能方面:乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加劑組對蛋雞的生產(chǎn)性能有很好的改善作用,能顯著提高蛋雞產(chǎn)蛋率,同時顯著降低蛋雞料蛋比。2、在蛋品質(zhì)方面:乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加劑組對平均蛋重也有所提高。紅曲霉中藥合生元組能夠顯著改善雞蛋的各項常規(guī)指標。乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加劑組在哈夫單位、蛋殼厚度方面有顯著地提高,在提高蛋殼紅色度、黃色度方面也有顯著的改善。兩個試驗組對提高蛋殼亮度方面均有了顯著地改善。3、在蛋營養(yǎng)成分方面:乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加劑組和紅曲霉中藥合生元添加劑組對蛋黃中各種營養(yǎng)成分的含量均有較好的影響,而且乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加劑組的效果相較于紅曲霉中藥合生元組好。4、在蛋雞養(yǎng)分表觀消化率方面:乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加劑組對蛋雞日糧中各營養(yǎng)成分的表觀消化率均有顯著地提高。5、在貯存性方面:乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加劑組和紅曲霉中藥合生元組在提高雞蛋貯存時間方面均有積極地作用,但蛋黃系數(shù)方面未見顯著性差異。6、在抗氧化性方面:乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加劑組和紅曲霉中藥合生元組對提高雞蛋蛋黃的抗氧化性方面均有著積極的作用。以上試驗結果表明,兩個組合對蛋雞的生產(chǎn)性能均有所提高,紅曲霉中藥合生元組合更能提高雞蛋的常規(guī)品質(zhì),而乳酸菌-紅曲霉中藥合生元混合添加組合對雞蛋的貯存時間和抗氧化活性方面更有所幫助。
[Abstract]:With the deep understanding of feed safety, the choice of feed additives has become a hot topic. Lactic acid bacteria can regulate the balance of flora in animal intestines so as to improve the food digestibility of animals and reduce the cholesterol of animal products. In addition Monascus Chinese medicine additive is also a green and safe feed additive. 216 sea-blue brown layers of 400-day-old, uniform weight, similar laying rate and healthy body condition were randomly divided into three groups, each group was divided into 3 groups, each of which was labeled as the control group (the basal diet was taken), and the control group was divided into three groups: the control group and the control group. Experimental group 1 (basic diet supplemented with lactic acid bacteria-Monascus Chinese medicine mixed additive) and test group 2 (basic diet supplemented with Monascus Chinese medicine compound preparation). The experiment was divided into two stages: 7 days pre-test period and 49 days trial period. Ensure adequate light, clean drinking water and a clean chicken coop during the trial. The eggs were collected once a day after the beginning of the formal experiment, and the number of laying eggs, laying weight and death of each repeated group were recorded. Three days before the end of the experiment, the nutrient digestibility of the chickens was measured by the method of total feces, and the daily feed quantity was recorded. 48 hours later, the feces of the tested chickens were collected with paper tray for the determination of nutrient content, and the apparent digestibility of dry matter, crude protein, organic matter, calcium and phosphorus were calculated for digestion and absorption by laying hens. The results were as follows: 1. In the aspect of production performance: the mixed additive group of lactic acid bacteria and Monascus herbal medicine could improve the performance of laying hens, significantly increase the laying rate of laying hens, and at the same time significantly reduce the feed to egg ratio of laying hens. In the aspect of egg quality: the mixed additive group of lactic acid bacteria and Monascus herb also improved the average egg weight. Aspergillus monascus Chinese medicine combined group can significantly improve the routine index of eggs. In the mixed additive group of lactic acid bacteria and Monascus herb, the thickness of egg shell was significantly increased in Hafu unit, red degree and yellow color of egg shell were also improved significantly. Both groups had a significant improvement in improving eggshell brightness. 3, In the aspect of nutrient composition of egg: the mixed additive group of lactic acid bacteria-Monascus Chinese medicine and Monascus Chinese medicine compound additive group had a good effect on the content of all kinds of nutritional components in egg yolk. Moreover, the effect of the mixed additive group of lactic acid bacteria and Monascus Herbal medicine was better than that of the mixed additive group of Monascus Herbal Medicine. 4, In the aspect of apparent digestibility of nutrients in laying hens, the apparent digestibility of nutrients in laying hens was significantly increased in the mixed additive group of lactic acid bacteria and Monascus herbal medicine. 5, In the aspect of storage property: the mixed additive group of lactic acid bacteria-Monascus Chinese medicine and Monascus Chinese medicine compound additive group had positive effect on improving the storage time of eggs, but there was no significant difference in egg yolk coefficient. 6, In the aspect of anti-oxidation: the mixed additive group of Lactobacillus-Monascus Chinese medicine and Monascus Chinese medicine combination group have positive effect on improving the antioxidation of egg yolk. The results showed that the two combinations could improve the production performance of laying hens, and the combination of Monascus and traditional Chinese medicine could improve the routine quality of eggs, and the quality of eggs could be improved by the combination of Monascus and traditional Chinese medicine. The mixed addition of lactic acid bacteria and Monascus herb was more helpful to the storage time and antioxidant activity of eggs.
