【摘要】：為了探討小肽對(duì)種公豬精液品質(zhì)、血液生化指標(biāo)、免疫指標(biāo)的影響,試驗(yàn)采用在日糧中添加不同劑量的小肽測(cè)定其對(duì)種公豬精液品質(zhì)影響的方法,以赤金蛋白肽為試驗(yàn)材料,選用24頭種公豬按品種、年齡、精液量等對(duì)等的原則,隨機(jī)分為3個(gè)試驗(yàn)組,每個(gè)試驗(yàn)組設(shè)8個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭種公豬。試驗(yàn)1組和試驗(yàn)2組日糧分別含1%、2%小肽,對(duì)照組不添加,各處理組營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平一致,飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)為2個(gè)月。結(jié)果表明:小肽提高了種公豬精子活力,對(duì)采精量、精子密度、精子畸形率等沒(méi)有影響。不同水平的小肽對(duì)種公豬血清總蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、白球比、血清尿素氮、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)等指標(biāo)均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05),以種公豬日糧中添加1%小肽為宜。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of small peptide on semen quality, blood biochemical index and immune index of breeding boar, the method of adding different dosage of small peptide to diet was used to determine the effect of small peptide on semen quality of breeding boar. According to the principle of equivalence of breed, age and sperm volume, 24 boars were randomly divided into 3 experimental groups. Each trial group was divided into 8 duplicates and 1 reproducing boar. The diet of trial group 1 and group 2 contained 1% and 2% small peptides, respectively, while the control group did not add it. The nutrition level of each treatment group was the same, and the feeding experiment lasted for 2 months. The results showed that small peptide increased sperm motility of boar, but had no effect on sperm collection, sperm density, sperm deformity rate and so on. Different levels of small peptides against serum total protein, albumin, globulin, albumin / globulin ratio, serum urea nitrogen, immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA), There was no significant difference in immunoglobulin M (IgM) and other indexes (P0.05). It was better to add 1% small peptide to the diet of male pigs.
