環(huán)模?讌(shù)對(duì)顆粒飼料加工質(zhì)量及肉雞生長(zhǎng)性能的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究環(huán)模?讌(shù)對(duì)顆粒飼料加工質(zhì)量及肉雞生長(zhǎng)性能的影響。通過(guò)固定模孔直徑(3mm)改變模孔長(zhǎng)徑比(6∶1、8∶1、10∶1)以及固定?组L(zhǎng)徑比(10∶1)改變?字睆(3.0、3.5、4.0mm),生產(chǎn)5種不同直徑及硬度的肉雞顆粒飼料。選取864只體重相近的21日齡愛(ài)拔益加(AA)肉雞,隨機(jī)分成6組,每個(gè)組8個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)18只。Ⅰ~Ⅴ組分別飼喂模孔直徑和長(zhǎng)徑比分別為3.0mm和6∶1、3.0mm和8∶1、3.0mm和10∶1、3.5mm和10∶1、4.0mm和10∶1的顆粒飼料;Ⅵ組分2階段飼喂,22~35日齡飼喂?字睆胶烷L(zhǎng)徑比為3.0 mm和10∶1顆粒飼料,36~42日齡飼喂?字睆胶烷L(zhǎng)徑比為4.0mm和10∶1顆粒飼料。試驗(yàn)期21d。結(jié)果表明:1)?字睆较嗤瑫r(shí),顆粒硬度隨著?组L(zhǎng)徑比的增加而極顯著提高(P0.01);?组L(zhǎng)徑比相同時(shí),顆粒硬度隨著模孔直徑的增加而極顯著提高(P0.01)。各組顆粒耐久性指數(shù)(PDI)無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05),且都高于95%。2)?字睆较嗤瑫r(shí),隨著顆粒硬度的增加,肉雞終末體重、平均日增重均逐漸降低,料重比逐漸升高。Ⅰ組的終末體重和平均日增重顯著或極顯著高于Ⅲ組(P0.05或P0.01),Ⅰ組料重比顯著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ組(P0.05)。3)?组L(zhǎng)徑比相同時(shí),各組終末體重、平均日增重和平均日采食量均無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);隨著顆粒直徑的增加料重比逐漸降低,且Ⅲ組料重比顯著高于Ⅴ組(P0.05)。綜上所述,?组L(zhǎng)徑比和直徑的增大均會(huì)顯著提高顆粒硬度。在一定范圍內(nèi),提高顆粒硬度會(huì)使肉雞終末體重和平均日增重降低,料重比升高,而增大顆粒直徑則會(huì)使料重比降低。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of ring mold pore parameters on the processing quality of pellet feed and the growth performance of broilers. The fixed hole diameter (3mm) and the fixed hole diameter ratio (10:1) were used to change the ratio of die hole length to diameter (6, 8, 10) and the diameter of die hole (3.0, 3.5, 4.0 mm). Five kinds of broiler pellet feed with different diameter and hardness were produced by changing the ratio of die hole length to diameter (6 渭 1, 8 渭 1, 10 渭 1) and fixed die hole diameter ratio (10:1).
