黃孢原毛平革菌對秸稈飼料中木質(zhì)素降解效果的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:我國秸稈飼料資源豐富,但利用程度偏低,浪費嚴(yán)重,是當(dāng)前畜牧業(yè)面臨的一個重要問題。秸稈飼料中的木質(zhì)素是限制其高效利用的主要因素,黃孢原毛平革菌具有較強(qiáng)的降解木質(zhì)素能力,對提高秸稈飼料的營養(yǎng)價值和利用效果具有積極的影響。為探討秸稈飼料的高效利用,本文從秸稈飼料的營養(yǎng)特點、黃孢原毛平革菌的生物學(xué)特性和降解機(jī)理、降解木質(zhì)素的研究等方面綜述了黃孢原毛平革菌對秸稈飼料中木質(zhì)素的降解效果,以期為廣大讀者提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:The straw feed resources in China are abundant, but the utilization degree is low and the waste is serious, which is an important problem faced by animal husbandry at present. Lignin in straw feed is the main factor limiting its efficient utilization. Xanthomonas chrysosporium Mao Ping has a strong ability to degrade lignin, which has a positive effect on improving the nutritional value and utilization of straw feed. In order to explore the efficient utilization of straw feed, the nutritional characteristics of straw feed, the biological characteristics and degradation mechanism of Xanthomonas chrysosporium Mao Ping were studied in this paper. The degradation effect of Xanthomonas chrysosporium Mao Ping on lignin in straw feed was reviewed in this paper in order to provide useful reference for readers.
