飼料淀粉糊化度對(duì)肉雞生長性能及蛋白質(zhì)體外消化率的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼料淀粉糊化度對(duì)肉雞生長、屠宰性能及蛋白質(zhì)體外消化率的影響。試驗(yàn)通過利用等量膨化玉米替代普通玉米達(dá)到制備不同淀粉糊化度飼料的目的,膨化玉米替代比例分別為0%(對(duì)照組)、10%、20%、30%。試驗(yàn)采用低溫制粒方法,分別制備前期(1~3周)破碎料(淀粉糊化度分別為19%、33%、39%、48%)和后期(4~6周)顆粒飼料(淀粉糊化度分別為21%、34%、42%、51%)。試驗(yàn)選取864只肉仔雞隨機(jī)分成4組,分別飼喂4種淀粉糊化度的飼料(按淀粉糊化度由低到高分別為Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ組),試驗(yàn)周期為42 d。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,飼料淀粉糊化度的提高對(duì)肉雞蛋白質(zhì)體外消化率無顯著影響(P0.05)。在生長性能方面,1~3周Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ組的平均日采食量均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),但對(duì)照組料重比顯著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ組(P0.05)。在4~6周生長性能方面,除Ⅳ組的平均日采食量顯著高于Ⅱ組外(P0.05),在其他各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)上各個(gè)處理組之間均沒有顯著差異(P0.05)。屠宰性能方面,對(duì)照組胸肌率顯著低于其它3組(P0.05)。在全凈膛率、腿肌率、翅重率、肌胃率等方面4個(gè)處理組之間差異均不顯著(P0.05)。綜合上述結(jié)果,本試驗(yàn)認(rèn)為飼料淀粉糊化度由19%提高到51%可增加肉雞1~3周平均日采食量,并且會(huì)使胸肌率提高0.59個(gè)百分點(diǎn)~1.33個(gè)百分點(diǎn),但對(duì)其蛋白質(zhì)體外消化率以及總體生長、屠宰性能無顯著影響。
