【摘要】：本研究旨在探討在飼料中添加益生素對(duì)育肥豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血清免疫球蛋白含量和盲腸微生物菌群的影響。選用日齡和體重相近、生長(zhǎng)狀況良好的青海八眉二元育肥豬60頭,隨機(jī)分成4組,每組3個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)5頭豬。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,抗生素組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+120mg/kg吉他霉素,試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+0.2%益生素,試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧+0.5%益生素。試驗(yàn)期90d。結(jié)果表明:飼料中添加0.5%的益生素可以顯著提高育肥豬增重、血清IgA和IgG含量、盲腸乳酸桿菌數(shù)量,降低料肉比、血清膽固醇含量、盲腸大腸桿菌數(shù)量。綜上所述,在青海八眉二元育肥豬日糧中添加0.5%益生素可以取得良好的效果。
