TGF-β受體1和p38MAPK在綿羊不同部位皮膚中的表達(dá)差異

【摘要】:綿羊毛發(fā)的生長(zhǎng)速度因部位的不同而存在差異,綿羊腹股溝及耳部的毛發(fā)生長(zhǎng)速度慢,而背部的毛發(fā)生長(zhǎng)速度快長(zhǎng)。研究表明,多種因素會(huì)影響動(dòng)物毛發(fā)的生長(zhǎng)速度及其他性狀,其中MAPK信號(hào)通路在皮膚發(fā)育及毛發(fā)生長(zhǎng)過程中有一定的調(diào)控作用。應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)TGF-β受體1及p38MAPK在綿羊背部、耳部以及腹股溝部皮膚的表達(dá)水平與定位進(jìn)行研究,以探討TGF-β受體1及p38MAPK與綿羊毛發(fā)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示,TGF-β受體1及p38MAPK在綿羊的背部、耳部與腹股溝部均有表達(dá),且p38MAPK在背部表達(dá)量最多,耳部次之,腹股溝部最少;而TGF-β受體1在耳部毛囊中的表達(dá)量最高,腹股溝部次之,在背部毛囊中的表達(dá)量最低。研究結(jié)果提示,TGF-β受體1及p38MAPK可能與綿羊毛發(fā)的生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The speed of hair growth in sheep's groin and ears is slow, and the growth rate of hair in the back is fast. The research shows that various factors can affect the growth speed and other characters of the animal hair, and the MAPK signal pathway has a certain regulatory effect in the development of the skin and the growth of the hair. The expression level and localization of TGF-1 receptor 1 and p38 MAPK in the back, ear and inguinal region of sheep were studied by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between TGF-1 receptor 1 and p38 MAPK and long-term development of cotton wool was discussed. The results showed that TGF-1 receptor 1 and p38 MAPK were expressed in the back, ears and groin of sheep, and the expression of p38 MAPK in the back was the most, the ear was the second, and the inguinal region was the least; and the expression of TGF-1 receptor 1 in the ear hair follicle was the highest and the groin was the second. The amount of expression in the back hair follicle is the lowest. The results suggest that the TGF-1 receptor 1 and p38 MAPK may be related to the growth and development of the wool.
