擠奶機(jī)真空度對(duì)牛奶體細(xì)胞數(shù)和牛乳頭末端壁厚的影響

【摘要】:為了研究擠奶機(jī)系統(tǒng)真空度不同時(shí)的擠奶效果,解決目前擠奶機(jī)使用中系統(tǒng)真空度缺乏科學(xué)設(shè)定依據(jù)的問題,該文以12頭高產(chǎn)泌乳牛(單產(chǎn)(7.4±0.4)t)為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,以體細(xì)胞數(shù)(somatic cell count,SCC)、乳頭末端壁厚變化率以及擠奶量等作為擠奶效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)參數(shù),在系統(tǒng)真空度分別為44、46以及48 kPa時(shí),研究了系統(tǒng)真空度對(duì)泌乳牛擠奶過程不同階段的內(nèi)套真空度和擠奶杯口真空度的影響,量化了系統(tǒng)真空度對(duì)擠奶效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的影響程度。研究表明,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)真空度從44 kPa增加至48kPa時(shí),擠奶量、擠奶時(shí)間以及平均奶流量均無顯著差異,但體細(xì)胞數(shù)的對(duì)數(shù)(P0.05)和乳頭末端壁厚變化率(P0.05)均顯著增加。研究認(rèn)為試驗(yàn)擠奶機(jī)用44 kPa的系統(tǒng)真空度比用46或48 kPa時(shí)的效果更好。該文為中國(guó)擠奶機(jī)使用中系統(tǒng)真空度的優(yōu)化設(shè)置提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:In order to study the milking effect of different vacuum degree of milking machine system, and to solve the problem that the vacuum degree of the milking machine is lack of scientific basis in the use of milking machine at present, 12 high-yield lactation cattle (7.4 鹵0.4) t) per unit yield) were used as experimental objects in this paper. Somatic cell number (somatic cell count,SCC), the rate of wall thickness at the end of the papilla and the milking amount were taken as the parameters for evaluating the milking effect. When the vacuum degree of the system was 4446 and 48 kPa, respectively. The effect of system vacuum on the internal vacuum and cup mouth vacuum in different stages of milking process was studied, and the degree of influence of system vacuum on the evaluation index of milking effect was quantified. The results showed that when the system vacuum increased from 44 kPa to 48kPa, there was no significant difference in milking amount, milking time and average milk flow, but the logarithm of somatic cell number (P0.05) and the rate of change of papillary end wall thickness (P0.05) were significantly increased. The results show that the system vacuum of 44 kPa test milking machine is better than that of 46 or 48 kPa. This paper provides technical support for the optimization of system vacuum in the use of Chinese milking machines.
