牡蠣多糖鋅配合物對(duì)脂多糖刺激斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能和腸道健康的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在探討牡蠣多糖鋅配合物對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能和脂多糖刺激斷奶仔豬血清抗氧化能力以及空腸黏膜抗炎性因子含量和二糖酶活性的影響。試驗(yàn)選取30頭(28±1)日齡的仔豬,按體重相近的原則,隨機(jī)分為空白對(duì)照組(Ⅰ組)、應(yīng)激對(duì)照組(Ⅱ組)、牡蠣多糖低劑量組(Ⅲ組)、牡蠣多糖中劑量組(Ⅳ組)和牡蠣多糖高劑量組(Ⅴ組),每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭豬。Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ組分別飼喂在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加1 000、3 000和5 000 mg/kg牡蠣多糖鋅配合物的試驗(yàn)飼糧。飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)30 d后,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ組試驗(yàn)豬按體重腹腔注射100μg/kg的脂多糖,Ⅰ組注射等量的生理鹽水。各組于注射后3 h采血,測(cè)定血清抗氧化能力;采集空腸黏膜,酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-2、IL-10和腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)含量以及二糖酶活性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示:1)與Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組相比,Ⅳ組和Ⅴ組平均日增重顯著提高(P0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ組料重比有降低趨勢(shì)(P0.05)。2)與Ⅰ組相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ組血清總超氧化物歧化酶顯著提高(P0.05);與Ⅱ組相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ組血清谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶活性顯著提高(P0.05),血清丙二醛含量顯著降低(P0.05)。3)與Ⅰ組相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ組空腸黏膜IL-2和IL-10含量顯著提高(P0.05),其中,Ⅳ組IL-10含量還顯著高于Ⅱ組(P0.05);與Ⅱ組相比,Ⅲ組和Ⅳ組空腸黏膜TNF-α含量顯著降低(P0.05)。4)與Ⅱ組相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ組空腸蔗糖酶、麥芽糖酶和乳糖酶活性都有顯著性地提高(P0.05)。由此可見(jiàn),飼糧中添加牡蠣多糖鋅配合物能有效提高斷奶仔豬血清抗氧化能力和免疫耐受能力,提高空腸黏膜二糖酶的活性,對(duì)免疫應(yīng)激有明顯的緩解作用,其中以飼糧中添加3 000 mg/kg牡蠣多糖鋅配合物效果最佳。
