復(fù)合益生菌對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、屠體性能及養(yǎng)分表觀利用率的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究復(fù)合益生菌對(duì)肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、屠體性能及養(yǎng)分表觀利用率的影響。試驗(yàn)選取300只1日齡的AA肉雞商品代雛雞,采用單因子隨機(jī)分組試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)將其分為5個(gè)處理組,每個(gè)處理組3個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)20只雞。其中,Ⅰ組為對(duì)照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,正常飲水;Ⅱ組為抗生素組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,在飲水中添加恩諾沙星和硫酸黏菌素;Ⅲ組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,在飲水中添加5×105 cfu/m L海洋紅酵母BSH、1×107 cfu/g枯草芽孢桿菌和1×106 cfu/g乳酸菌;Ⅳ組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,在飲水中添加1×106 cfu/m L海洋紅酵母BSH、2×107 cfu/g枯草芽孢桿菌和2×106 cfu/g乳酸菌;Ⅴ組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,在飲水中添加1.5×106 cfu/m L海洋紅酵母BSH、3×107 cfu/g枯草芽孢桿菌和3×106 cfu/g乳酸菌。試驗(yàn)期為42 d。結(jié)果表明:與Ⅰ組相比,添加不同濃度的復(fù)合益生菌,肉雞1~21 d和22~42 d的日增重和日采食量均顯著增加(P0.05),與Ⅱ組基本保持一致;與Ⅰ組和Ⅱ組相比,42 d的屠宰率、胸肌率、腿肌率有一定程度改善(P0.05),腹脂率顯著降低(P0.05);與Ⅰ組相比,21 d和42 d能量、干物質(zhì)、粗蛋白質(zhì)和粗脂肪的養(yǎng)分表觀利用率顯著提高(P0.05),與Ⅱ組基本保持一致(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示,添加不同濃度的復(fù)合益生菌能夠提高肉雞的生產(chǎn)性能、屠體性能和養(yǎng)分表觀利用率,在規(guī)模化肉雞飼養(yǎng)中用復(fù)合益生菌部分替代飼用抗生素是可行的,其中以濃度為1.5×106cfu/m L海洋紅酵母BSH、3×107 cfu/g枯草芽孢桿菌和3×106 cfu/g乳酸菌的復(fù)合益生菌的效果最好。
