【摘要】：通過對相關(guān)期刊論文(CNKI)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫(WANFANG)和重慶維普全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(VIP)等從1980年1月至2016年7月國內(nèi)期刊發(fā)表的使用中獸藥治療雞球蟲病的文獻進行檢索和篩選,對雞球蟲病的模型制備、處方中藥的功效、性味歸經(jīng)等進行統(tǒng)計,建立中獸藥防治雞球蟲病的中藥處方數(shù)據(jù)庫,對我國中獸藥防治雞球蟲病的研究現(xiàn)狀進行總結(jié)與分析,探討中藥治療雞球蟲病的常用藥物及其配伍規(guī)律。經(jīng)檢索后共納入文獻115篇,涉及方劑142首,藥物103味,累計732藥次。142首處方中頻數(shù)≥3的藥物有46味,青蒿、常山、地榆、苦參、白頭翁等使用頻率較高。按照藥物功效進行分類,可分為19大類,前3類分別為清熱燥濕、止血、清熱解毒。對藥物的性味歸經(jīng)頻數(shù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,藥性排名前4的分別為寒、溫、平及微寒;藥味排名前4的分別為苦、甘、辛及酸;歸經(jīng)排名前5的分別為肝、胃、肺、脾和大腸。同時分析了當前試驗中的不足之處,為下一步的藥物處方篩選提供可供參考的用藥組方思路。
[Abstract]:From January 1980 to July 2016, the Chinese periodical full-text database (CNKI), Wanfang database (WANFANG) and Chongqing Weipu full-text database (VIP) were searched and screened for the treatment of chicken coccidiosis with Chinese veterinary drugs. The preparation of chicken coccidiosis model, the efficacy of prescription Chinese medicine, the quality of Chinese medicine, and so on were analyzed. The database of Chinese traditional medicine prescription for the prevention and control of chicken coccidiosis was established, and the current research situation of Chinese traditional veterinary medicine on prevention and control of chicken coccidiosis was summarized and analyzed. To explore the common medicine and its compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine for chicken coccidiosis.
