內(nèi)蒙古部分地區(qū)致奶牛乳房炎鏈球菌的流行病學(xué)及生物學(xué)特性分析

【摘要】:為了解內(nèi)蒙古部分地區(qū)規(guī);膛瞿膛H榉垦着R床分布情況及病原菌的生物學(xué)特性,本研究從內(nèi)蒙古部分地區(qū)規(guī);膛霾杉330份患有奶牛乳房炎的奶樣,進(jìn)行鏈球菌的分離、鑒定。結(jié)果共分離到24株鏈球菌,分離率為7.27%。利用脈沖場凝膠電泳技術(shù)(PFGE)分析24株鏈球菌的親緣關(guān)系,共得到16株不同譜型的鏈球菌。采用微量肉湯稀釋法測定16株鏈球菌對臨床上常用的12種抗生素的耐藥譜,采用PCR方法分別進(jìn)行耐藥基因、血清型分型基因、表面蛋白基因及毒力基因的檢測。結(jié)果顯示,16株鏈球菌對林可霉素、紅霉素及四環(huán)素耐藥率均超過50%,其中對林可霉素的耐藥率達(dá)到68.75%(11/16);耐藥基因erm(B)和tet(M)的檢出率分別為31.25%(5/16)和50%(8/16);其中10株不同譜型的無乳鏈球菌血清型均屬于莢膜多糖Ⅱ型,表面蛋白均屬于未定型且所攜帶的毒力基因相同。本研究為治療臨床中由鏈球菌感染所引起的奶牛乳房炎提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the clinical distribution of dairy cow mastitis in some areas of Inner Mongolia and the biological characteristics of pathogenic bacteria, 330 samples of dairy cow mastitis were collected from some large-scale dairy farms in Inner Mongolia. To isolate and identify streptococcus. Results A total of 24 strains of streptococcus were isolated and the isolation rate was 7.27%. The phylogenetic relationship of 24 streptococcus strains was analyzed by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) and 16 strains of streptococcus were obtained. Resistance genes, serotyping genes, surface protein genes and virulence genes were detected by PCR method. The results showed that the resistance rates of 16 strains of streptococcus to lincomycin, erythromycin and tetracycline were over 50, and the resistance rate to lincomycin was 68.75% (11 / 16).
