【摘要】：為了對血紅扇頭蜱的生活史、蜱媒疾病以及分子生物學(xué)特性的研究提供參考資料,建立一套規(guī)范完整的實驗室血紅扇頭蜱人工飼養(yǎng)技術(shù)和方法。對采集的血紅扇頭蜱以家兔為供血動物,在(25±1)℃和RH(90±5)%恒溫恒濕培養(yǎng)箱中于黑暗條件下人工飼養(yǎng)。結(jié)果表明,蜱在人工飼養(yǎng)的環(huán)境下能獨立完成生活史,完成一個世代需要72~113d,卵、幼蜱、若蜱和成蜱各期均在兔體嗜血。
