腹瀉仔豬腸道致病性大腸埃希氏菌和沙門氏菌的分離鑒定與耐藥性研究
[Abstract]:To identify the prevalent serotypes, drug resistance phenotypes and drug resistance genotypes of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli and Salmonella in piglets with bacterial diarrhea. In this experiment, 128 intestinal samples of diarrhea piglets were collected from 7 large-scale pig farms in 5 places (states) of Guizhou Province, and the samples were isolated and identified by Escherichia coli and Salmonella. The pathogenicity of the strain was identified by animal test, serotype was identified by serological method, drug resistance of main pathogenic bacteria was studied by drug sensitive disk method, and drug resistance related genes were detected by PCR technique. To analyze the correlation between drug resistance phenotype and drug resistance genotype of bacteria. The results showed that 78 strains of pathogenic Escherichia coli and 21 strains of salmonella were isolated and identified in this study. The main serotypes of pathogenic Escherichia coli were O138O87, Salmonella typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis were the main serotypes. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that 78 strains of pathogenic Escherichia coli were more than 80% resistant to 尾 -lactam, and more than 40% to other kinds of antimicrobial agents. The resistant rate of 21 Salmonella strains to aminoglycoside was more than 50% and 20% to other kinds of antimicrobial agents. A total of 12 drug-resistance-related genes were isolated from pathogenic Escherichia coli and 10 drug-resistance-related genes were detected from Salmonella. The coincidence rates of drug resistance genotypes and phenotypes of two bacteria were over 60%, and they were multidrug resistant. This study provides a theoretical basis for comprehensive prevention and control of diarrhea in piglets.
