紫竹根水提物對小鼠體內外抗氧化作用的研究

【摘要】:為了研究紫竹根水提物(PNR)對動物體內外抗氧化的作用,本試驗體外調查了PNR對二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、羥自由基、超氧陰離子的清除能力,并測定了其總還原力;以免疫抑制小鼠為試驗對象,測定心、肝、腎勻漿液中蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)的活性、總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。結果顯示,PNR在體外抗氧化的4個指標中,尤其是清除超氧陰離子試驗中,表現出良好的抗氧化能力。在小鼠體內試驗中,與模型對照組相比,PNR高劑量組的SOD、CAT、GSH-Px和TAOC活性顯著增加(P0.05),所有劑量組的MDA水平顯著降低(P0.05)。試驗結果表明,PNR可以有效地清除自由基,具有較強的抗氧化活性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the antioxidation effect of (PNR) on the activity of (DPPH) radical, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion in vitro and in vivo, the scavenging ability of PNR on (DPPH) radical, hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion was investigated in vitro. The activities of protein, superoxide dismutase (SOD),) glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase (CAT) (CAT) in heart, liver and kidney homogenate were determined in immunosuppressive mice. Total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels. The results showed that PNR showed good antioxidant activity in the four indexes of antioxidation in vitro, especially in the superoxide anion scavenging test. In vivo test, compared with the model control group, the activities of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px and TAOC in PNR high dose group increased significantly (P0.05), and the MDA level in all dose groups decreased significantly (P0.05). The results show that PNR can effectively scavenge free radicals and has strong antioxidant activity.
