不同酶制劑對揚州鵝生長性能和屠宰性能的影響

【摘要】:為探究飼用酶制劑在肉鵝養(yǎng)殖過程中的應用效果,試驗選取120只、體重相近的健康1日齡揚州鵝公鵝,隨機分為4組(對照組、試驗Ⅰ組、試驗Ⅱ組、試驗Ⅲ組),每組6個重復,每個重復5只,分別在每千克配合飼糧中添加0、10 000 IU果膠酶、40 000 IU纖維素酶和5 000 IUβ-甘露聚糖酶。試驗期10周,測定揚州鵝的生長性能、屠宰性能等指標。結果表明:1添加果膠酶、纖維素酶、β-甘露聚糖酶均可有效提高日增重,降低料重比,但對采食量影響較小;2添加纖維素酶可以顯著提高21~56日齡揚州鵝日增重和70日齡體重(P0.05);3添加果膠酶、纖維素酶、β-甘露聚糖酶對70日齡揚州鵝屠宰性能無顯著影響,但有提高胸、腿肌率與降低腹脂率的趨勢。
