響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化纖維素酶輔助提取淫羊藿多糖工藝

【摘要】:為優(yōu)化淫羊藿多糖的提取工藝,采用纖維素酶輔助熱水浸提法從淫羊藿中提取淫羊藿多糖,在單因素試驗結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇酶濃度、酶提溫度、酶提時間為自變量,采用三因素三水平的Box-Behnken響應(yīng)面設(shè)計,優(yōu)化淫羊藿多糖的提取工藝。試驗結(jié)果表明,淫羊藿多糖酶輔助提取的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:酶濃度110 U/μL,酶提溫度60℃,酶提時間100 min,且酶提溫度對多糖提取率的影響最大。在最佳優(yōu)化條件下淫羊藿多糖提取率為10.06%,接近模型的最大預(yù)測值(10.199%)。試驗為淫羊藿多糖的臨床開發(fā)應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the extraction process of Epimedium polysaccharides, the polysaccharide of Epimedium was extracted by cellulase assisted hot water extraction method. On the basis of the results of single factor experiments, the concentration, temperature and time of extraction of Epimedium were selected as independent variables. Three factors and three levels of Box-Behnken response surface design were used to optimize the extraction process of Epimedium polysaccharide.
