【摘要】：在全球性的現(xiàn)代化過程中,具有良好用意的政治家花費(fèi)巨大的人力與物力設(shè)計(jì)出各種政策及其項(xiàng)目,想創(chuàng)造一個(gè)更公平的社會(huì),然而許多項(xiàng)目都失敗了,失敗根源在于作為決策基礎(chǔ)的科學(xué)與地方性情境的脫節(jié)。以載畜量算法在新疆草業(yè)治理實(shí)踐為例,表明這些失敗源于一種共同的思維方式——邏輯實(shí)證論。為實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明這一宏大的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),不僅需要腳踏實(shí)地的實(shí)干,還需要把握正確的思維方式,成為在生態(tài)決策中能游刃于理論與實(shí)際之間的米提斯式能手。
[Abstract]:In the process of global modernization, well-intentioned politicians have spent a great deal of human and material resources designing policies and projects to create a fairer society, but many have failed. The root of failure lies in the disconnection between science and local situation as the basis of decision-making. Taking the livestock capacity algorithm as an example, it is shown that these failures originate from a common mode of thinking-logical positivism. In order to realize the grand strategic goal of socialist ecological civilization, it is necessary not only to work on the ground, but also to grasp the correct mode of thinking, and to become a skilled expert in ecological decision-making, who can swim between theory and practice.
