廣東省部分地區(qū)禽源和豬源沙門菌血清型與耐藥性及Ⅰ類整合子分析

【摘要】:為了解廣東省禽場和豬場沙門菌的血清型和耐藥性情況,本研究2015年從廣東省多個養(yǎng)殖場共采集樣品126份,分離出沙門菌24株,分離率為19.04%。采用Kauffmann-White法、Kirby-Bauer法和PCR方法對分離株進行了血清型鑒定、藥敏試驗和Ⅰ類整合子檢測。血清型鑒定結果顯示,24株沙門菌共鑒定出4種血清型,分別是鼠傷寒沙門菌(14株)、印第安納沙門菌(8株)、科瓦利斯沙門菌(1株)和阿爾巴尼沙門菌(1株)。藥敏試驗結果顯示,分離株對四環(huán)素(83.33%)、氨芐西林(70.83%)、磺胺異惡唑(70.83%)、萘啶酸(66.67%)、復方新諾明(58.33%)、卡那霉素(54.17%)、阿米卡星(54.17%)、慶大霉素(50.00%)的耐藥率較高,有54.17%(13/24)的菌株對8種及8種以上抗菌藥物耐藥。Ⅰ類整合子檢測結果顯示,Ⅰ類整合酶陽性率為29.17%(7/24),整合酶陽性菌株中僅有1株擴增到攜帶耐藥基因aadA2的基因盒。上述結果表明,廣東省禽場和豬場沙門菌分離率較高,耐藥情況嚴重,菌株的耐藥性與其血清型和Ⅰ類整合子的攜帶有一定的相關性。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the serotype and drug resistance of Salmonella in poultry farms and pig farms in Guangdong Province, a total of 126 samples were collected from several farms in Guangdong Province in 2015. 24 strains of Salmonella were isolated and the isolation rate was 19.04%. Serum type identification, drug sensitivity test and class I integron detection were performed by Kauffmann-White, Kirby-Bauer and PCR methods. The results of serotype identification showed that four serotypes were identified from 24 strains of Salmonella salmonella, namely Salmonella typhimurium (14 strains), Indiana Salmonella (8 strains), Salmonella Covalis (1 strain) and Salmonella Albaniae (1 strain). The results of drug sensitivity test showed that tetracycline (83.33%), ampicillin (70.83%), sulfamethoxazole (70.83%), naphthyronic acid (66.67%), and compound sulfamethoxazole (58.33%) were detected.
