【摘要】：為檢測(cè)豬丹毒桿菌疫苗的安全性,試驗(yàn)分為豬丹毒疫苗原液組(A1、A2),豬丹毒疫苗分離組(B1、B2),豬場(chǎng)豬丹毒分離組(C1、C2),陽性參照組(D1、D2),陰性參照組E,共九組,每組菌液2個(gè)梯度,每個(gè)梯度菌液接種10只小鼠。同時(shí)疫苗還注射30~40日齡仔豬30頭,觀察小鼠、小豬生長(zhǎng)、死亡、精神狀況、剖檢情況。結(jié)果顯示,與疫苗相關(guān)的菌株A、B、C組感染小鼠后,小鼠體重、生長(zhǎng)、精神狀況、剖檢情況與陰性參照組相比,沒有顯著差異,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束沒有死亡,而陽性參照組小鼠在感染24小時(shí)后,出現(xiàn)松毛,扎堆、不食、皮膚發(fā)紅、精神頹廢、于72小時(shí)內(nèi)全部死亡。疫苗注射小豬后,小豬精神狀態(tài)、生長(zhǎng)與對(duì)照組相比沒有明顯差異。結(jié)果表明,本試驗(yàn)用豬丹毒桿菌疫苗批次對(duì)小鼠、小豬是安全的。
[Abstract]:In order to test the safety of porcine erysipelas vaccine, the test was divided into four groups: porcine erysipelas vaccine (A1A _ 2), porcine erysipelas vaccine isolation (B1B _ 2), pig farm porcine erysipelas isolation (C _ 1C _ 2), positive reference group (D _ 1D _ 2). Negative reference group E, 9 groups, each group of bacteria liquid 2 gradient, each gradient bacteria solution inoculated 10 mice. At the same time, 30 piglets of 40 days old were injected with the vaccine to observe the growth, death, mental status and autopsy of mice and piglets. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the body weight, growth, mental status, dissection status, and no death between the vaccine-related strain Agna BX C group and the negative control group after the infection, and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the negative control group and the control group. In the positive control group, the mice developed loose hair, pile up, no food, skin redness, mental decadence and died within 72 hours after infection for 24 hours. There was no significant difference in mental state and growth between the pigs and the control group. The results showed that the porcine pigs were safe to mice with porcine erysipelas vaccine batches.
