飼糧鐵水平對(duì)肉仔雞錳吸收及組織中沉積的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧鐵水平對(duì)肉仔雞錳吸收及組織中沉積的影響及其機(jī)制。將336只1日齡商品代羅斯308肉公雛按體重隨機(jī)分為4個(gè)組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)14只雞,分別飼喂不加鐵基礎(chǔ)飼糧(含鐵77.7 mg/kg)、以硫酸亞鐵(Fe SO4·7H2O)形式添加鐵100、250、500 mg/kg飼糧。28日齡進(jìn)行原位結(jié)扎十二指腸灌注8.74 mmol/L錳測(cè)定錳吸收率。結(jié)果表明:血漿鐵和血漿轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白飽和度均隨飼糧鐵水平升高而提高(P0.10);胰腺、十二指腸黏膜和脛骨灰鐵含量隨飼糧鐵水平升高而升高(P0.10),錳含量隨飼糧鐵水平升高而降低(P0.10);3個(gè)加鐵組十二指腸黏膜二價(jià)金屬轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白m RNA水平均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.10),添加鐵500 mg/kg組膜轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白m RNA水平顯著低于對(duì)照組和其他2個(gè)加鐵組(P0.10);加鐵組十二指腸錳吸收率均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.10)。結(jié)果提示,飼糧鐵可能通過(guò)調(diào)控十二指腸黏膜二價(jià)金屬轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體的表達(dá)降低錳的吸收及組織中的沉積。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of dietary iron level on manganese absorption and tissue deposition in broilers and its mechanism. Three hundred and thirty six 1-day-old broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups according to their body weight, 6 replicates in each group and 14 chickens in each replica. They were fed a basal diet without iron (containing 77.7 mg/kg of iron). 100250500 mg/kg diet supplemented with ferrous sulfate (Fe SO4 7H2O) was used to determine the manganese absorptivity by in situ ligation of duodenal perfusion with 8. 74 mmol/L mn at 28 days of age. The results showed that both plasma iron and plasma transferrin saturation increased with the increase of dietary iron level (P0.10). The contents of gray iron in pancreas, duodenal mucosa and tibia increased with the increase of dietary iron level (P0.10), and the content of manganese decreased with the increase of dietary iron level (P0.10). The level of divalent metal transporter m RNA in duodenal mucosa of the three iron-added groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.10), and the level of membrane transferrin m RNA in the iron-added 500 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the other two iron-added groups (P0.10). The absorption rate of duodenum manganese in iron group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.10). The results suggest that dietary iron may reduce manganese absorption and tissue deposition by regulating the expression of bivalent metal transport vectors in duodenal mucosa.
