MYNN基因在豬不同組織及肌肉中的表達(dá)規(guī)律

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究myoneurin(MYNN)基因在豬不同組織中的表達(dá)特征及其在肌肉(背最長肌、股二頭肌和腰大肌)、小腦、肝臟、胰臟、腎臟、胃、脾臟、肺臟組織中的發(fā)育性表達(dá)規(guī)律。采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR技術(shù)研究豬MYNN mRNA在90日齡大白豬和馬身豬的心臟、肝臟、脾臟、肺臟、腎臟、小腦、小腸、胰臟、胃、股二頭肌及脂肪共11個(gè)組織中的表達(dá)譜,以及在大白豬和馬身豬1、90、180日齡3個(gè)發(fā)育階段的肌肉、小腦、肝臟、胰臟、腎臟、胃、脾臟、肺臟組織中的發(fā)育性表達(dá)規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,MYNN在豬的各種組織中廣泛表達(dá),且各組織間表達(dá)差異顯著或極顯著(P0.05;P0.01);MYNN在大白豬和馬身豬的肌肉、小腦、肝臟、胰臟、腎臟、胃、脾臟、肺臟組織中的不同發(fā)育階段表達(dá)差異顯著或極顯著(P0.05;P0.01),并具有特定規(guī)律,由此推測其可能在豬的這幾種組織中發(fā)揮重要作用。MYNN基因的表達(dá)與組織、日齡及品種的遺傳背景有關(guān)。本試驗(yàn)為研究豬MYNN基因的生物學(xué)功能提供了依據(jù),但還需要深入的研究來探索其作用的具體機(jī)制,尤其是在骨骼肌發(fā)育中的調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression characteristics of myoneurin (MYNN) gene in different tissues of pigs and its developmental expression in muscle (longissimus dorsi, biceps femoris and psoas major), cerebellum, liver, pancreas, kidney, stomach, spleen and lung. The expression profiles of porcine MYNN mRNA in heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, cerebellum, small intestine, pancreas, stomach, biceps femoris and fat were studied by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. And the developmental expression of muscle, cerebellum, liver, pancreas, kidney, stomach, spleen and lung in three developmental stages of 1: 90180 days old in white pig and horse body pig. The results showed that MYNN was widely expressed in all kinds of pig tissues, and there were significant or extremely significant differences among the tissues (P0.05, P0.01). The expression of MYNN in muscle, cerebellum, liver, pancreas, kidney, stomach, spleen and lung was significantly different (P0.05). The expression of MYNN gene is related to the genetic background of tissue, age and variety. This study provides a basis for the study of the biological function of porcine MYNN gene, but it needs to be further studied to explore the specific mechanism of its action, especially the regulatory mechanism in skeletal muscle development.
