基于紅外設(shè)備的母豬發(fā)情狀態(tài)下體溫變化研究

【摘要】:旨在通過紅外測(cè)溫設(shè)備與常規(guī)電子溫度計(jì)研究母豬發(fā)情前后體表溫度和直腸溫度的變化及環(huán)境風(fēng)速、濕度和溫度對(duì)其影響,為實(shí)現(xiàn)母豬發(fā)情鑒定的智能化提供依據(jù)。本研究選取杜洛克、長白、大白純繁經(jīng)產(chǎn)母豬共150頭,分成5個(gè)批次,對(duì)其配種前后10個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)直腸溫度和體表溫度進(jìn)行測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明:1)5~30cm,紅外測(cè)溫設(shè)備不同距離下體溫測(cè)定結(jié)果差異不顯著(P0.05);2)不同部位紅外測(cè)溫結(jié)果差異顯著,背部是理想的測(cè)溫部位;3)母豬發(fā)情時(shí)直腸溫度升高,配種時(shí)達(dá)到最高,而配種后直腸溫度則顯著降低(P0.05),體表溫度也是在配種時(shí)達(dá)到最高;4)發(fā)情狀態(tài)能夠顯著影響直腸溫度和體表溫度(P0.05),測(cè)定時(shí)間對(duì)直腸溫度和體表溫度沒有顯著影響,當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度、風(fēng)速和濕度控制在適當(dāng)范圍,對(duì)直腸溫度和體表溫度變化影響不明顯,反之,則影響顯著。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study the changes of body surface temperature and rectum temperature before and after estrus in sows by infrared thermometer and conventional electronic thermometer, and to study the influence of environmental wind speed, humidity and temperature on it, so as to provide the basis for the intelligent identification of estrus in sows. In this study, 150 sows of Duroc, Landrace and White were divided into 5 batches, and rectal temperature and body surface temperature were measured at 10 time points before and after mating. The results showed that: 1) there was no significant difference in the results of infrared temperature measurement at different distances (P0.05), 2) there were significant differences in the results of infrared temperature measurement in different parts, and the back was the ideal temperature measuring site. 3) rectal temperature increased during estrus, reached the highest at breeding, and decreased significantly after breeding (P0.05), and the body surface temperature reached the highest when breeding. 4) the estrus state could significantly affect rectal temperature and body surface temperature (P0.05), and the measuring time had no significant effect on rectal temperature and body surface temperature, when the ambient temperature, wind speed and humidity were controlled in an appropriate range. The effect on rectal temperature and body surface temperature is not obvious, otherwise, it is significant.
