外源纖維素誘導(dǎo)下纖維素降解細(xì)菌的分離

【摘要】:對(duì)生物結(jié)皮和沙土的混合物分別加入秸稈和木屑進(jìn)行誘導(dǎo),通過(guò)選擇性培養(yǎng)基對(duì)樣品中的纖維素降解菌進(jìn)行分離和記數(shù)分析。結(jié)果共篩得4株具有較強(qiáng)纖維素降解能力的細(xì)菌,16S rDNA序列分析表明,它們分別屬于不動(dòng)桿菌屬(Acinetobacter)、芽孢桿菌屬(Bacillus)、鏈霉菌屬(Streptomyces)、假單胞菌屬(Pseudomonas)。從計(jì)數(shù)結(jié)果可以看出,外源纖維素誘導(dǎo)物,特別是秸稈的添加,會(huì)明顯提高生物結(jié)皮和沙土混合物中的纖維素降解菌的生長(zhǎng)繁殖能力。
[Abstract]:The mixture of biofilm and sandy soil was induced by straw and sawdust, and the cellulose degrading bacteria in the sample were separated and counted by selective medium. Results four strains of bacteria with strong cellulose degradation ability were screened, and 16s rDNA sequence analysis showed that they belong to Acinetobacter, (Acinetobacter), Bacillus, (Bacillus), (Streptomyces), Pseudomonas, (Pseudomonas)., respectively. From the counting results, it can be seen that exogenous cellulose inducers, especially the addition of straw, can obviously improve the growth and reproduction ability of cellulose degrading bacteria in the mixture of biological crust and sandy soil.
