【摘要】：為了探討不同采收期紫莖綠葉平貝母中生物堿及微量元素含量變化的規(guī)律,試驗(yàn)采用紫外-可見分光光度法對(duì)不同采收期Ⅰ期(6月5日)、Ⅱ期(6月10日)、Ⅲ期(6月15日)、Ⅳ期(6月20日)、Ⅴ期(6月25日)、Ⅵ期(6月30日)平貝母有效成分生物堿及5種微量元素(Cu、Fe、Zn、Ni、Mn)的含量進(jìn)行測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明:不同采收期平貝母生物堿含量差異不顯著(P0.05);不同采收期平貝母微量元素含量存在顯著差異,Fe、Zn、Ni在采收期Ⅳ期(6月20日)時(shí)含量最高,且與其他采收期存在極顯著差異(P0.01)。說(shuō)明采收期對(duì)有效成分影響不大,綜合微量元素考慮,可選擇在6月中旬采收平貝母。
