不同相對(duì)濕度對(duì)連續(xù)日增溫下肉仔雞生理指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)研究了不同相對(duì)濕度(RH)對(duì)日增溫環(huán)境中肉仔雞生理指標(biāo)的影響。試驗(yàn)選取22日齡愛拔益加(AA)肉仔公雞180只轉(zhuǎn)入人工氣候試驗(yàn)艙,隨機(jī)分成3個(gè)組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)10只雞。適應(yīng)期7 d,溫度20℃,RH為60%。肉雞29日齡時(shí),試驗(yàn)RH分別調(diào)整到35%、60%和85%,至試驗(yàn)結(jié)束。環(huán)控艙內(nèi)溫度每天升高2℃,試驗(yàn)期共9 d。肉雞37日齡時(shí),環(huán)控艙艙內(nèi)溫度升高至38℃,試驗(yàn)期間肉雞自由采食飲水,試驗(yàn)全程不抓雞,選擇非接觸性生理指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測(cè)定,以盡量避免肉雞產(chǎn)生應(yīng)激。結(jié)果表明:肉雞體核溫度(CT)、耳葉溫度(ET)、小腿溫度(LT)、呼吸頻率(RR)、采食量(FI)和飲水量(DW)均存在拐點(diǎn)溫度(IPt)。首先變化的是LT,其產(chǎn)生變化的環(huán)境溫度范圍是24.6~25.1℃,之后是ET和CT,發(fā)生變化的環(huán)境溫度范圍分別是25.0~25.1℃和25.5~26.4℃。RR存在2個(gè)IPt(IPt1和IPt2),溫度范圍分別是25.5~27.2℃和32.5~33.3℃。環(huán)境溫度大于IPt1值時(shí),RR隨溫度升高而升高;環(huán)境溫度大于IPt2值,RR隨溫度升高而下降。FI、DW發(fā)生變化的環(huán)境溫度范圍分別為27.1~29.3℃和29.2~29.5℃,環(huán)境溫度大于IPt值后,FI和DW隨溫度升高而降低。高濕組FI的IPt值顯著高于低濕組和中濕組(P0.05),高濕組死亡率(MR)的IPt2值顯著小于低濕組和中濕組(P0.05),高濕組CT、ET、LT、RR、FI和DW的IPt值小于中濕組和低濕組,RH對(duì)ET、LT、RR和DW模型參數(shù)均無顯著影響(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示:環(huán)境溫度對(duì)肉仔雞生理指標(biāo)影響較大,RH影響較小。FI下降和CT升高的IPt值可被認(rèn)為是上限臨界溫度,4~5周齡肉仔公雞CT上限臨界溫度為25.5~26.4℃;RR開始升高和FI開始下降的上限臨界溫度分別為25.5~27.2℃和27.1~29.2℃;死亡的上限臨界溫度在為32.7~33.5℃。肉仔雞死亡時(shí)CT高出常數(shù)值4.6~5.1℃。4~5周齡肉仔公雞不同生理指標(biāo)有著不同的上限臨界溫度。
