【摘要】：建立同時測定獸用消毒劑枸櫞酸蘋果酸粉中枸櫞酸和蘋果酸含量的高效液相色譜方法。采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色譜柱,以乙腈-10mL/L磷酸溶液(2.5∶97.5,V/V)為流動相進行洗脫,流速為1.0mL/min,檢測波長為210nm,柱溫為35℃,進樣量為20μL。枸櫞酸和蘋果酸色譜峰分離度良好。枸櫞酸和蘋果酸分別在100μg/mL~1 000μg/mL和50μg/mL~500μg/mL范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好。精密度、穩(wěn)定性和重現(xiàn)性等考察結(jié)果的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)均小于1.0%;而平均回收率均在98%~101%之間,RSD均小于0.5%,符合方法學(xué)要求。6份供試品中枸櫞酸和蘋果酸的含量也均符合要求。建立的高效液相色譜法能夠同時定量測定枸櫞酸和蘋果酸的含量,可用于枸櫞酸蘋果酸粉的質(zhì)量控制。
[Abstract]:A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for simultaneous determination of citric acid and malic acid in malic acid powder of veterinary disinfectant was established.
