妊娠后期營養(yǎng)限制對母羊胃腸道葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響

【摘要】:本研究旨在研究妊娠后期營養(yǎng)限制對母羊胃腸道葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響。選取20只同期受孕的湘東黑山羊,隨機(jī)分為2組,即對照組(自由采食)和限飼組(40%采食量限制),每組10只。預(yù)試期15 d(妊娠81~95 d),正試期39 d(妊娠96~135 d)。正試期結(jié)束后,屠宰并采取瘤胃、十二指腸、空腸、回腸以及盲腸的黏膜樣品,利用實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR技術(shù),檢測Na+-葡萄糖共轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體1(SGLT1)、Na+-葡萄糖共轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體3(SGLT3)、易化葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體2(GLUT2)和易化葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體5(GLUT5)基因表達(dá)量。結(jié)果表明:限飼組與對照組相比,SGLT1基因表達(dá)量在瘤胃顯著降低(P0.05),在空腸和回腸中有降低趨勢(0.05≤P0.10);GLUT5基因表達(dá)量在盲腸顯著降低(P0.05);而其他葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體基因胃腸道表達(dá)量在限飼組和對照組差異均不顯著(P0.05)。由此可見,母羊妊娠后期營養(yǎng)限制對胃腸道中葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)載體基因表達(dá)有不同程度的影響,進(jìn)而引起母羊機(jī)體內(nèi)葡萄糖轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的改變。
