酵母菌富集有機硒和有機鍺的條件篩選

【摘要】:試驗應用單一變量原則,以有機米糠為發(fā)酵底物,葡萄糖和淀粉為碳源,研究酵母菌對Na_2SeO_3、GeO_2富集轉(zhuǎn)化成有機硒和有機鍺的最適條件。試驗結(jié)果表明:培養(yǎng)基初始pH值為7.0、培養(yǎng)時間60 h、接種量10%、溫度30.2℃、米糠添加量為36 g/250 ml、裝液量80 ml/250 ml、Na_2SeO_3的添加量為12 mg/l、GeO_2添加量為120 mg/l,獲得有機硒最佳生產(chǎn)水平為2.27 mg/kg,有機鍺最佳生產(chǎn)水平為9.80 mg/kg。
