太子參莖葉多糖對(duì)斷奶仔豬腸道免疫功能、腸黏膜形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)及盲腸內(nèi)容物菌群的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧中添加太子參莖葉多糖對(duì)斷奶仔豬腸道免疫功能、腸黏膜形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)和盲腸內(nèi)容物菌群的影響。選取25日齡斷奶的"大白×長(zhǎng)白"二元雜交仔豬120頭,按體重相近原則隨機(jī)分成4個(gè)組,每組3個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)10頭豬。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗(yàn)組分別在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加500(0.05%多糖組)、1 000(0.10%多糖組)和1 500 mg/kg(0.15%多糖組)太子參莖葉多糖。試驗(yàn)期30 d。結(jié)果表明:與對(duì)照組相比,各試驗(yàn)組十二指腸白細(xì)胞介素-4(IL-4)含量均顯著升高(P0.05),0.10%多糖組十二指腸干擾素-γ(IFN-γ)含量顯著升高(P0.05),0.10%和0.15%多糖組回腸分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIg A)含量均顯著升高(P0.05);0.10%和0.15%多糖組十二指腸和空腸絨毛高度顯著或極顯著增加(P0.05或P0.01),十二指腸絨毛高度/隱窩深度(V/C)值顯著增加(P0.05);0.15%多糖組回腸絨毛高度顯著增加(P0.05);各試驗(yàn)組盲腸內(nèi)容物中的大腸桿菌數(shù)量顯著降低(P0.05),乳酸桿菌數(shù)量顯著增加(P0.05)。由此可見(jiàn),飼糧中添加太子參莖葉多糖能夠提高斷奶仔豬腸道免疫功能,增加小腸絨毛高度和V/C值,調(diào)節(jié)盲腸內(nèi)容物菌群結(jié)構(gòu),維持腸道微生態(tài)平衡;其適宜添加量為0.10%。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of polysaccharides from stems and leaves of Pseudostellaria heterophylla on intestinal immune function, intestinal mucosal morphology and cecum contents in weaned piglets. A total of 120 piglets weaned at the age of 25 days were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 3 replicates in each group and 10 piglets per replica, according to the principle of similar body weight. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the experimental group was fed with 500 (0.05% polysaccharide group), 1 000 (0.10% polysaccharide group) and 1 500 mg/kg (0.15% polysaccharide group) respectively. The trial period was 30 days. The results showed that: compared with the control group, The levels of duodenum interleukin-4 (IL-4) were significantly increased in each experimental group (P0.05), the duodenum interferon- 緯 (IFN- 緯) content in 0.10% polysaccharide group was significantly increased (P0.05), the ileal secretory immunoglobulin A (SIg A) content was significantly increased in 0.10% and 0.15% polysaccharide groups (P0.05), and in 0.10% and 0.15% polysaccharides groups, the ileum secretory immunoglobulin A (SIg A) content was significantly increased (P0.05). The villus height of duodenum and jejunum increased significantly (P0.05 or P0.01), the height of duodenal villi / depth of recess (P 0.05); the villus height of ileum in 0.15% polysaccharide group (P0.05); the colonic pole in cecum contents of each trial group (P0.05). The number of bacteria decreased significantly (P0.05), the number of Lactobacillus increased significantly (P0.05). It can be seen that the supplementation of polysaccharides from stems and leaves of Pseudostellaria heterophylla in diet can improve intestinal immune function, increase villi height and V / C value, regulate the structure of cecum contents and maintain intestinal microecological balance in weaning piglets, and the optimum addition amount is 0.10%.
