黃酮成分復(fù)方對(duì)鴨病毒性肝炎雛鴨血漿和肝組織氧化損傷指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:為了檢測(cè)中藥黃酮成分對(duì)鴨病毒性肝炎(DVH)的治療效果,將208羽雛鴨隨機(jī)分為4組:空白對(duì)照、病毒對(duì)照、化藥對(duì)照及黃酮成分復(fù)方組;除空白對(duì)照組外,其余各組雛鴨6日齡時(shí)肌肉注射0.2 m L鴨肝炎病毒(DHV)懸液,然而化藥對(duì)照組和黃酮成分復(fù)方組分別飲服相應(yīng)藥物進(jìn)行治療,空白對(duì)照組和病毒對(duì)照組飲服等量稀釋劑,連用5 d,觀察各組雛鴨存活情況,并測(cè)定各組血漿和肝組織中谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、過氧化氫酶(CAT)以及丙二醛(MDA)等氧化損傷評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),以評(píng)價(jià)黃酮成分復(fù)方對(duì)DVH的治療作用。結(jié)果顯示,黃酮成分復(fù)方的添加顯著提高了被感染雛鴨的存活率,相對(duì)于病毒對(duì)照組,黃酮成分復(fù)方組的雛鴨存活率提高了31.99%;降低了由DHV引起的氧化損傷,使血漿和肝組織內(nèi)氧化損傷指標(biāo)回歸到接近正常水平;DHV感染引起的氧化損傷指標(biāo)的變化在肝組織中出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間早于血漿。表明該黃酮成分復(fù)方具有較好的抗DVH作用,其療效可能與其抗氧化損傷有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:In order to detect the therapeutic effect of flavonoids on duck viral hepatitis (DVH), 208 ducklings were randomly divided into four groups: blank control, virus control, chemical control and flavonoid compound group, except blank control group. At the age of 6 days, the other ducklings were intramuscularly injected with 0.2 mL duck hepatitis virus (DHV) suspension. However, the chemical control group and the flavonoid compound group were treated with the corresponding drugs, while the blank control group and the virus control group were treated with the same amount of diluent. The survival rate of ducklings in each group was observed for 5 days. Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), nitric oxide synthase (NOS),) superoxide dismutase (SOD),) catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured in plasma and liver tissue of each group. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of flavonoid compound on DVH. The results showed that the survival rate of infected ducklings was significantly increased with the addition of flavonoids. Compared with the control group, the survival rate of infected ducklings was increased by 31.99, and the oxidative damage caused by DHV was reduced. The oxidative damage index of plasma and liver tissue was regressed to the normal level, and the change of oxidative damage index caused by DHV infection was earlier than that of plasma. The results showed that the flavonoid compound had a better effect on DVH, and its effect might be related to its antioxidant injury.
