【摘要】：采用噴霧干燥技術(shù)生產(chǎn)乳酸菌活菌飼料制劑,并對(duì)產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行研究。首先,通過單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)和正交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定壁材和噴霧干燥的最佳工藝條件;然后,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的活菌數(shù)和熱穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行研究;最后,以斷奶仔豬為研究對(duì)象,考察產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),阿拉伯膠和麥芽糊精的組合作為壁材,包埋率可達(dá)72.18%的最佳包埋保護(hù)效果;在進(jìn)口溫度160℃、進(jìn)料速度400 ml/h的條件下噴霧干燥,乳酸菌制劑的活菌數(shù)可達(dá)8.69logCFU/g,且產(chǎn)品在室溫(25℃)環(huán)境中貯藏30d,活菌數(shù)可保持在6logCFU/g以上;喂食乳酸菌活菌飼料制劑4周,斷奶仔豬的腹瀉率和死亡率相比于對(duì)照組分別下降了57.55%和40.03%,腸道中乳酸菌數(shù)量增加了14.23%,大腸桿菌數(shù)量降低了11.25%。
[Abstract]:The feed preparation of live lactic acid bacteria was produced by spray drying, and the application effect of the product was studied. Firstly, the optimum conditions of wall material and spray drying were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Then, the number of live bacteria and the thermal stability of the product were studied. Finally, the application effect of the product was investigated with weaning piglets as the research object.
