【摘要】：羊偽結(jié)核病是山羊一種慢性消耗性細菌病,對山羊養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的危害極大。為控制本病的發(fā)生,從2016年期間,對昆明市西山區(qū)存欄的38 225只山羊開展流行病學調(diào)查,結(jié)果表明偽結(jié)核病在西山區(qū)山羊平均發(fā)病率為10.3%,病死率0.1%,采集病料經(jīng)細菌分離鑒定、小鼠毒力試驗、16SrRNA序列分析比較及藥敏試驗,結(jié)果表明,引起本病的病原菌鑒定為山羊偽結(jié)核棒狀桿菌,對其中2個菌株完成了生化鑒定及藥敏試驗分析。生化及16S序列分析結(jié)果表明,分離菌株為羊偽結(jié)核棒狀桿菌,對完成系統(tǒng)鑒定的2株細菌完成藥敏試驗,結(jié)果表明,除鏈霉素、甲硝唑及復方新諾明外的大多數(shù)抗菌藥物均對其敏感,可為該地區(qū)及昆明其他疫區(qū)臨床用藥提供參考。
[Abstract]:Goat pseudo-tuberculosis is a chronic expendable bacterial disease in goats, which is harmful to goat breeding. In order to control the occurrence of this disease, an epidemiological investigation was carried out on 38 225 goats in Xishan District of Kunming City during 2016. The results showed that the average incidence of pseudotuberculosis in goats in Xishan District was 10.3, the mortality rate was 0.1%, and the samples were isolated and identified by bacteria. The virulence test, 16SrRNA sequence analysis and drug sensitivity test showed that the pathogen causing the disease was identified as Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis in goat, and two of the strains were identified by biochemical identification and drug sensitivity test. The results of biochemistry and 16s sequence analysis showed that the isolated strain was Corynebacterium tuberculosis pseudotuberculosis of sheep. The drug sensitivity test was completed for 2 strains that had completed the systematic identification. The results showed that streptomycin was removed. Most antimicrobial agents of metronidazole and compound sulfamethoxazole are sensitive to metronidazole, which can provide reference for clinical use of metronidazole and other epidemic areas in Kunming.
