鈍裂銀蓮花居群遺傳多樣性及其與生態(tài)因子相關(guān)性

【摘要】:采用RAPD技術(shù)分析了4個(gè)地區(qū)(合作、碌曲、瑪曲、阿孜)不同花色(黃、淺、白)11個(gè)鈍裂銀蓮花居群的遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:鈍裂銀蓮花居群遺傳多樣性較高,Shannon多樣性指數(shù)(I)為0.6025,Nei’s基因多樣性指數(shù)(H)為0.4166,Nei’s基因分化系數(shù)(Gst)和AMOVA分析表明鈍裂銀蓮花居群間分化程度較低,大部分變異存在于居群內(nèi)(67%),居群間占一小部分(33%)。對(duì)不同居群進(jìn)行UPGMA聚類分析,結(jié)果顯示11個(gè)亞居群可以歸為3大支。相關(guān)性分析表明遺傳多樣性與地理分布和土壤營養(yǎng)狀況有相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:RAPD technique was used to analyze the genetic structure of 11 blunt-lobed lotus populations in 4 regions (cooperation, Luqu, Maqu, Azi) with different colors (yellow, light and white). The results showed that the genetic diversity of anemone nucifera population was higher, the Shannon diversity index (I) was 0.6025 Neis gene diversity index (H) was 0.4166Neis gene differentiation coefficient (Gst) and AMOVA analysis showed that the differentiation degree between populations was lower. Most of the variations were found in populations (67%) and a small part (33%) among populations. The results of UPGMA cluster analysis showed that 11 subpopulations could be divided into 3 branches. Correlation analysis showed that genetic diversity was correlated with geographical distribution and soil nutritional status.
