【摘要】：Toll樣受體(TLRs)是模式識別受體家族的一員,在天然免疫反應(yīng)中扮演重要角色。在禽類中至今已發(fā)現(xiàn)10種TLRs。研究表明在機體感染病原體時,將激活TLRs并引起一系列抗病毒相關(guān)因子的上調(diào),參與宿主抗感染免疫反應(yīng)。論文主要介紹禽類TLRs的基本特征及抗病毒信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路,同時對TLRs的抗微生物作用進(jìn)行分析,為TLRs的分子機制研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Toll-like receptor (TLRs) is a member of the pattern recognition receptor family and plays an important role in innate immune response. Ten species of TLRs. have been found in poultry so far It has been shown that TLRs is activated and a series of antiviral related factors are up-regulated to participate in the host anti-infection immune response when the pathogen is infected. In this paper, the basic characteristics and antiviral signal transduction pathway of avian TLRs are introduced, and the anti-microbial action of TLRs is analyzed, which provides a reference for the study of molecular mechanism of TLRs.
