【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在研究二丁酰環(huán)磷腺苷鈣對(duì)肥育豬生長(zhǎng)性能和血清生化指標(biāo)的影響。選取日齡和體重相近[(83.18±1.62)kg]、生長(zhǎng)狀況良好的"長(zhǎng)×白×杜"三元雜交育肥豬18頭,隨機(jī)分成2組,每組9個(gè)重復(fù)。對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗(yàn)組在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加40 mg/kg的二丁酰環(huán)磷腺苷鈣。試驗(yàn)期30 d。結(jié)果顯示,與對(duì)照組相比:1)飼糧中添加二丁酰環(huán)磷腺苷鈣使肥育豬日增重提高了30.12 g(P0.05);2)飼糧中添加二丁酰環(huán)磷腺苷鈣顯著降低了肥育豬血清乳酸脫氫酶活性(P0.05),同時(shí)顯著提高了血清中尿素的含量(P0.05);3)飼糧中添加二丁酰環(huán)磷腺苷鈣顯著降低了肥育豬血清非必需氨基酸中的絲氨酸、甘氨酸和天冬氨酸的含量(P0.05),同時(shí)顯著提高了必需氨基酸中的蘇氨酸、色氨酸、纈氨酸、苯丙氨酸和異亮氨酸的含量(P0.05)。以上結(jié)果表明,二丁酰環(huán)磷腺苷鈣在一定程度上能改善肥育豬的生長(zhǎng)性能,這可能與其促進(jìn)氨基酸的代謝相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the effects of calcium dibutyrylcyclophosphate on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of finishing pigs. Eighteen crossbred fattening pigs with similar body weight and age [(83.18 鹵1.62) kg] and good growth condition were randomly divided into 2 groups with 9 replicates in each group. The control group was fed with basic diet, and the experimental group was fed with 40 mg/kg dibutyrylcyclophosphate adenosine calcium. The trial period was 30 days. The results show that Compared with the control group: 1) the daily gain of fattening pigs was increased by 30.12 g (P0.05), and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in serum was significantly decreased (P0.05). The content of urea in serum (P0.05); (3) addition of dibutyryl cyclic adenosine in diet significantly decreased serine in serum non-essential amino acids of fattening pigs. The contents of glycine and aspartic acid (P0.05) and the contents of threonine, tryptophan, valine, phenylalanine and isoleucine in essential amino acids were significantly increased (P0.05). The results indicated that calcium dibutyrylcyclophosphate can improve the growth performance of fattening pigs to some extent, which may be related to the promotion of amino acid metabolism.
