飼用L-色氨酸的安全性評價

【摘要】:L-色氨酸是人體和動物所必需的8種必需氨基酸之一,飼用L-色氨酸為新工藝生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品。試驗通過小鼠精子畸形試驗及小鼠骨髓微核試驗來評價飼用L-色氨酸的潛在致突變作用。結(jié)果顯示,飼用L-色氨酸1.25、2.5、5.0 g/kg體重的三個劑量組與陰性對照組相比,精子畸形率和精子畸形類別百分率無顯著差異(P0.05),三個劑量組小鼠骨髓微核率與陰性對照組無顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明飼用L-色氨酸無明顯的體內(nèi)致突變性。
[Abstract]:L-tryptophan is one of 8 essential amino acids necessary for human and animal. Feed L-tryptophan is a new product. The potential mutagenicity of L-tryptophan was evaluated by sperm malformation test and bone marrow micronucleus test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in sperm malformation rate and percentage of sperm malformation between the three dosage groups and the negative control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in micronucleus rate of bone marrow between the three dose groups and the negative control group (P0.05). The results showed that L-tryptophan had no obvious mutagenicity in vivo.
